Super regular eater there. Lately the bacon is more like Prosciutto, the sausage is pressed and dry. Never used to be this way. The bagel sandwich is now not cut and the ingredients are on half, smear vary's from 1/2mm to 2cm's. Owner, go spend some time there please. *UPDATE* 4/11 no response from Einstein Bagel Owner. That answers that.
Everytime i ask for a toasted bagel 🥯 it doesn't get toasted and my hash brown tasted a bit raw. The globe lights inside are nice but need a cleaning. Coffee does not taste the best from here.

We stopped here on our way through SD to Montana and the drive through people were so friendly! My cold brew was also very delicious! breath of fresh air on our stressful journey 🤣
Been there twice. I order the All Nighter breakfast sandwich bh time. 1ST time they were out of bagel they usually make sandwich with but still ok i guess. 2nd time my wait at drive up window was way longer than should have been. The clerk said sorry about wait, sandwich was way better with bagel that was suppose to go with that sandwich.
STALE, very stale, dry bagels. It was like trying to eat cardboard. I gave a bagel to my dog, and he even struggled. Be sure to get a tall glass of water with your order, you’ll definitely need it. Good luck!
Friendly and helpful service with great value and variety of options
Check your order before you leave the drive thru. When the orders are right it's usually good. Today we were given a small after ordering a medium and instead of six cheese bagels we got the crunchy Farmhouse hash brown bagels. 10/3/22 - Gotta say it again: check your order before you leave; wife got a hash brown bagel instead of a six cheese on her sandwich, and I got someone else's brisket instead of my ham and cheddar. Even after I went back to get mine fixed they still forgot the butter (and I saw it pop up on the display when he retyped the order in.) The one time I didn't check before leaving, they got me again.
I was given the My sandwich with incorrect bagel, no sauce, and one less egg. Bit of a disappointment for the first time. Although, my friends enjoyed what they had, hence the three stars.
My gosh. I love Einsteins so much but this location can never get my order right. Either something is missing, things are wrong, or today they must have given us someone else's order completely. I guess anytime I go here from now on I'll hold up the drive through line for a few extra minutes to make sure my order is right.
Every time I come here it's a positive experience. The workers are always friendly and I honestly feel like family there even though I'm sure they don't recognize me. My bagel is always absolute perfection and if Texas Roadhouse and Japanese Steakhouse didn't exist, this would be my absolute favorite place9

LOVE the farmhouse, the hashbrown bagel is phenomenal. The hashbrown bites are good but usually not cooked all the way through, taste really similar to the hasbrown casserole at crackerbarrel!
My wife and I both love this place. The farmhouse is my go to sandwich and their cold brew shakes are better than a Starbucks frappe. The staff have always been polite, friendly, and engaging, when when busy. Maybe some of the negative reviews here are from people who were being jerks to the staff?
Ordered and paid for double egg but only got single egg after waiting for a long time.
Excellent Nova Lox, best in town. However, today I ordered the "Avacado" Toast, only to be disappointed to get a premixed spread. Perhaps changing this on the menu to "spread" would help. Anyway, I will be back! You all have a great staff at this location.
Great food but the service is awful…. They took forever to get our food, and made us wait even longer since they forgot to give us one of our bagels in the drive thru
my friends bagel was absolutely perfect but mine (Avocado toast) was doughy and literally had no seasoning on it which was really disappointing because I was really hyping this place up. My iced caramel macchiato was swell though.
