Great food and coffee. Friendly service and a lovely atmosphere as well.
The coffee’s are delicious and I love the building and the location! Employees have a great attitudes and are very welcoming!
i am new in town and was looking for a bite to eat on my way from the lead dog park on tuesday. i notice lotus up on my way and remembered the internet said they were dog friendly and stopped in. As i walked in, the lady behind the counter scouled "no dogs allowed and were closed", i was a bit taken back at her rude tone. i apologized, saying im new to town and i thought internet said lotus up was dog friendly. she replied, you can only have dogs on the patio and we're closed! im guessing maybe you walk around the building to access the patio? i didnt notice i was 2:15 and they closed at 2:00, so i was definately past closing time but on my way out, the open sign was still on and the door was open. Lotus up must have a booming local lead cliche and no need to be nice to new customers; i guess no mud no lotus.
This charming cafe is staffed by the nicest, most helpful people. I have a gluten issue and they really worked hard to come up with a meal I could enjoy. The egg, bacon and cheese panini on gluten free bread was absolutely delicious. The cafe is sunny and bright with beautiful murals and views of the mountains. I would return here in a minute.
Never visited today but, I did in the past and I was disappointed. So no more visits from me. Owner was rude. Food wasn't appealing.
Excelent level of service! Just wonderful! From Germany (an exchange student) to Minnesota (God’s country, Land of 10,000 lakes) to Lithuania (a first generation, American) - Amazing!
Amazing drive through quick and ez, even has seasonal drinks
What a treat it was to be able to order from Lotus Up for our recent retreat! They provided wonderful bagels and muffins for breakfast -- and the caramel rolls were incredible (and oh so big! We cut them into fourths!) Later in the week, we ordered mini-scones, and they were eaten right up. The ladies bragged about the dough -- not too crunchy and a wonderful taste. Jamie was so very helpful -- going in for us to pick up the order even when the coffee shop was closed. Can't imagine finding such a gem in a small town -- and this one truly is one not to be missed!
Awesome coffee shop and lunch goodies!!
Incredible coffee shop. Very friendly staff, excellent food, excellent coffee! Very relaxed atmosphere, with a great view of the pit. Only qualm is that there is no oat milk.
Super cute coffee spot with all the coffee options you'd want, and great food options as well. Friendly and helpful staff, too!
Panini was amazingly fresh with great flavors. Nice big crunchy ruffle chips. Nice tangy pickle. Is cold brew coffee and the chai was absolutely great. That combined with a beautiful view and this is one spot not to miss.
Best iced vanilla chai I’ve ever had. Friendly service, beautiful view, and even phone chargers available to use while you sip or snack. Will definitely be back.
Very friendly staff. Great service and good food.
Loved the service, and the coffee is amazing! Thank you again!!
Paninis we’re mediocre, not a lot of ingredients! Then I assume because of labor shortages the tables had signs to “bus your own tables” which we had to do before we sat down and after because no one was checking and the previous patron didn’t. Prices were a little high, $10 for a panini and some chips, total of $30 for two sandwiches, small ice teas, and chips….
Coffee was good and the brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese was great on the bagel!
Very good gravy and biscuits and bagels. Great food and atmosphere sitting on the deck.
Always a smile and amazing food and drinks! My go to coffee shop in the Black Hills!!!
The food was very good in the service was very friendly. We stopped in every time we come to town.
