We loved visiting this amazing local coffee shop when staying in Hill City! Delicious lattes and pastries. 10/10 recommend.
My boyfriend and I stopped here to get a quick coffee this morning. He got a cappuccino, which we noticed was about 3/4 foam in a 12 oz cup. My iced latte with “little almond milk” tasted like only almond milk. We chose to sit outside and attempt to enjoy our coffees, a few of the employees came out and began waving their “espresso” and American flags while shouting very disrespectful comments at the cars driving by, such as “do something with your life and come get coffee”, “low lives”, etc. Because of this, we chose to leave, as it did not reflect well on the family owned business. Although the coffee wasn’t quite up to our standards, the aesthetic of the coffee shop was very nice and welcoming.

We stopped by on a weekend morning in March. The man who owned the coffee shop was very friendly and pleasant, and my girlfriend loved the drink she ordered. It was a great way to start the morning. I will definitely return to the coffee shop and will look into staying in the accompanying inn next time I'm in the Black Hills.
A newly opened small family owned business, the coffee was great and the service was amazing. Great place to grab a coffee, and some chocolate that they make in house, and sit down with a book and relax.

One of the last coffee places open after the tourists left, and I'm glad it was!! Felt like walking into good friends home. Coffee and service is fantastic and you could spend an easy couple hours in a comfy chair, sipping a ice brew and reading

Great coffee and great service! Will stop again when in the Black Hills. The girls loved the Italian sodas and the coffee was great. Nice shop. Friendly service.
They make their coffee with tender loving care... awesome coffee!! Calm and relaxing, with the owners being very friendly, polite and respectful.

Couldn’t be happier with this coffee shop. Great owners, oat milk hot chocolate, and delicious baked goods. Definitely a diamond in the rough out here.
Great coffee! We stopped by on a rainy day in September during our drive from Rushmore to Yellowstone. The owners were so kind and took the time to explain the best sights in both areas. We can’t wait to come back 🙂
We needed a coffee fix before riding the 1880 train, so my husband walked over and had a lovely conversation with the store owner. The iced latte was refreshing, and the coffee cake was delicious. Definitely recommend!

We stopped by on our way to the black hills and the coffee shop itself is so cute and has such a good vibe. Coffee was also very good. Better than any Starbucks!
