Quite a dream. "If you bake it they will come." Congrats. All options are gluten free. The portions are small but good.

It's a small town, and may not be on your direct route...but please support entrepreneurs who are taking a (often costly) chance to revive/create businesses in small communities. Kirst Cafe serves a revolving menu of yummy pastries as well as delicious, fresh lunch choices. And you get to enjoy these delights in a charming, comfortable atmosphere as well as the opportunity to chat with the charming entrepreneurs. (And purchase a bag of the aromatic coffee beans!)

Absolutely darling. Went on a little date with my husband for lunch & had gluten free grilled cheese with potato soup & it was fantastic. I ordered a loaf of gluten free bread, as Addie said she bakes every day! She's one of the kindest human beings I've ever crossed paths with. Honestly, you can't leave grumpy here 😁 (Apparently you need to mark down Saturday mornings as "Kirst Cafe" - I've been told the [gluten free] donuts are hands down the best in the area. They serve them Saturday mornings. We'll be back 😉)

How is there only 1 review on this place? Amazing food, and amazing people running it! Everything can be made Gluten-free as well, which is hard to find in this area. Addie said she's been baking forever- and you can tell, it was delicious! She's a young entrepreneur who is jumping into her dream of running a bakery (there's Gluten free goodies, home cooked meals, and coffee shop/ ice cream all in one) and your food is delivered with genuine kindness. I feel happy to spend $ at a place like this!
