Service was great! Food was amazing! Bright spot to stop along our road trip!
This used to be the best breakfast spot in Walhalla. My family went recently and the quality has drastically went downhill. Not sure what kind of place they’re running here as we saw (who the server said was the manager) bring in pans of food from her car. The food is inconsistent just like the hours and menu. You find something you like on the menu and they take it off. Poor management if you ask me. Will not be back
Mother’s Day breakfast with family was a treat. The food was so good, I had the French toast and it did not disappoint! The staff are so friendly. Loved the atmosphere and decor. We’ll be back to try the lunch menu soon.
Neat place, the food was good and the prices were adequate.
This was such a cute stop! The food was delicious and the service impeccable. It was a much needed recharge and had us feeling great (the power of caffeine, right?)!
This place is a.... HUGE WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!! For the past few years living in Oconee, we wanted to try this place and finally did... HUGE WASTE OF OUR TIME, literally. Waited for a little over 5 minutes at the front door to be seated. Server took another 5 or so minutes before she graced our table with her presence. We ordered iced teas, biscuuts & gravy with eggs and bacon, and a pancake plate with eggs and bacon. Then we sat. And we sat. We watched several tables finish and leave. Those tables were cleaned and new people seated. We sat, we waited. We finished off our small mason jars of iced tea. We sat, we waited. We watched one of the tables seated after us get served food. We went to take a sip of tea from our empty mason jars. Another table seated. Another table seated after us served their food. Guess what, y'all......... 40 minutes had passed. We had been attended to by our server ONLY ONCE after placing our order and that was to drop off small mason jars of mediocre iced tea. After that, we sat, we sat, we sat .. and then we got up and walked out when a third table seated after us received their food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!
What a great little Cafe in Walhalla!!! Stopped in for a cheeseburger - fabulous, and very clean - courteous staff also. We'll be back soon!!!
Wonderful dining experience. Delicious food and great service.
Bad experience!. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant. There are only 4 entrees. We placed our and after about 10 minutes the cook goes off to another room and brings back trays of food and I hear her say something about the carrots. At least 10 minutes later the waitress comes back and tells us they do not have any cod. Only 4 items and it takes them all that time to figure out they don’t have one of the entrees??? We just left.
Quaint restaurant and gift shop in historic Walhalla. Friendly staff, casual atmosphere, robust menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well- rounded wine and beer selection. .
Friendly staff, loved our brunch with truly eclectic fun setting, a lot went into their creativity of the food served and how it is served. I like supporting local business that thinks and practices green.
Food was amazing! I had the baked French toast with bacon, and my husband had the gravy biscuit with 2 eggs. We will definitely be back!
Was great food shepherd's pie was delicious
Intimate place for friends to enjoy good food and live music. Great soups for these cold days! Or just come get a specialty coffee, who needs Starbucks when you have local gathering spot!
Best corned beef hash I've had in years!
Been sitting here w/o my drink. Everyone else who came after me got their drinks. Still waiting.
Absolutely a treat going there. Fresh cooked to order and delicious. We're definitely going back. Reasonable prices too
Great place for breakfast
Their cornedbeef hash is absolutely amazing!
After reading the reviews here it must be the day …. The service was wonderful and everyone was very friendly and attentive. However, the food took more time than it should. I ordered corn beef and hash, eggs over medium… well, corn beef was very dry , maybe 1/4 cup if that…three little tiny potato pieces … the garnish was very old dried up orange slices. Please don’t serve those… it showed me that the cook did t care what was in the plate. My friends had the same, he couldn’t eat the corn beef the other friend’s French toast was ok to good maybe. Over priced for the serving size. Plus I had ordered two breakfast sandwich’s to go… they gave me one sandwich split in 1/2 and charged me for two sandwiches…. They ran out of biscuits… since I complained they did give me a 4 dollar discount. They need to retrain the cook or get someone who cares … I have to give top reviews for the servers though … they were super. I won’t be back
