Went here for a Sibling breakfast with my sisters!! Had the biscuits and gravy. It was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had!! Everything is homemade and you can taste it! Please visit and eat here!! You will not be disappointed!!
The sweetest little place! My husband and I are coffee shop connoisseurs and Milk and Honey did not disappoint! The strawberry muffin was phenomenal and the frozen mocha was such a delicious spin on iced coffee. Will definitely be back for more!
The morning bun is exceptional!!! Everything there is delicious although I am addicted to the morning bun my husband got three of them today they are a little pricey but worth every penny. We were there for breakfast a couple weeks ago in the meantime I have had surgery and was yearning for that morning bun LOL. Excellent food fresh delicious.
Great local place to get a coffee and hot chocolate chip cookie..or the dessert of your choice. Also a great place to write, hold meeting etc.
I feel so unbelievably lucky to have a place like this so close to my house!!! I can’t say enough great things… first off, my husband and I are addicted to the morning buns!! Lol the Buzz brew is my go to when I have a long day of work ahead. Today I had the croque madame and wow!! I’ve never had anything less than delicious there!! The prices are justified by the quality of food and coffee. Not to mention the owner and his wife are genuinely happy, wonderful people who are always smiling. It’s the perfect little coffee shop without a shred of pretentiousness!
Customer services is amazing, and the food and pastries are all delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything!
Visiting a friend in Surfside Beach recommended Milk and Honey and so glad she did ! I’m retired living in Thailand and have been back in the country visiting for 3 weeks now . They have THE best tasting coffee I’ve had since being back . Bold and smooth . I’ve only had their drip coffee , dark and light roast , both excellent! I’ve not tried their food except for a couple pastry’s which were very nice . Do your self a favor and go try them out . Nice friendly welcoming staff . Pleasant talking to the owner as well . Plenty of parking and seating . Nice little shop attached to the cafe as well
Went yesterday to change up my work from home atmosphere. What a great place, staff was friendly and my drink and pastry were so good 😍 Can’t wait to go back!

The biscuits & gravy were tasty and filling. The drip coffee was good and my wife loved the cookie that she bought for later. We will go again.
The employees are great and quick to answer any questions I had. I've been there three times in the last 9 days and everything was better than the last. The only complaint I have had so far is a couple of my pastries were a little too dry for MY liking. The French Toast and Biscuits and Gravy are right up there with the best I have ever had.
My new favorite place. Food & coffee both excellent, nice staff, very clean, never feels closed in or crowded. Relaxing beautiful space.

Best coffee we've had in a long time. My husband and I are HUGE coffee people and this place is (((Muah))) Not mainstream and the food is amazing. Staff is super friendly and we definitely will be back
