This has quickly become one of my favorite places downtown. The girls at the counter when I go are always so friendly and I look forward to talking to them, especially when it’s about Taylor Swift. The chocolate chip espresso scone is my absolute favorite!
Nice local Coffee place. Had a Mocha latte ( better then Starbucks) a Cinnamon Concha. 1st time having one I loved it.
Love this little place! Great selection of drinks, coffee's and teas. Staff is super friendly and helpful with your choices. Everything I've had is delicous!
A very nice spot. I love the staff!
A traditional macchiato is my benchmark for whether a coffee shop really knows what they’re doing or not. Not a popular drink, not even a necessarily hard one to make. But obscure and specific yes. Little River has always delivered with their macchiato for me. No other local coffee shop around here can make a macchiato the way it is supposed to be (except maybe Pharmacy but I haven’t been there yet :-). Thank you Little River for always exceeding my expectations. And even though I may be the only one who orders a macchiato, the rest of you can know that this place is legit; the drinks are always delicious, people are always friendly , and the vibe is always on point.
The lemon Earl grey muffin is incredible! I forgot that muffins could taste this good. Great coffee and super friendly staff. Plenty of seating and nice ambience.
3/4/2023 update I'm a regular purchaser of ground coffee. LOVE LRR coffee. Staff is fantastic! Food is excellent! Service is excellet! This morning, four of us spent 2 hours chatting outside in the glorious morning! Our out-of-town friends loved the environment and the vibe. Our friends thoroughly enjoyed the avocado toast ans smoothie! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This was my first visit -- but definitely NOT my last. I bought some coffee for my French Press, and they ground it to perfection. The coffee (pictured) is delicious! The shop is cozy --- and yet roomy enough for social distancing. Staff was friendly and helpful.
One dollar coffee if you bring your own cup, and I'm talking a big steel 20 ounce cup. They roast beans locally and have African, Latin American, South American, Sumatran. When I'm in Spartanburg I always come here, closed on Sunday.
First time there. And really enjoyed it.Friendly service. Will be going back...
Busy coffee shop with free wifi and good drinks.
Wandered in from the Hub City Press Bookstore (didn't even have to go outside) and spotted this fellow climbing a shelf as I ordered a hot chocolate. Quirky with plenty of seating for both students/writers and casual nibblers.
Only stopped in a for a coffee but was great! Had an iced mocha but the real secret is next time let my wife order first. She got a pumpkin pie iced latte which was out of this world. Rule of the day: follow the wife's lead on ordering at the coffee shot
My vanilla iced coffee was delicious, as was my husband's iced americano. This coffee shop is locally owned and operated, and they make their own blends as well, which are available for purchase. I love that it is located in a historic building downtown. Indoor and outdoor (covered) seating. Parking all around the downtown area near the coffee shop.
Atmosphere good, coffee decent, and if you like rude service this is the place!
I LOVE this coffee shop! I'm typically not a smaller coffee shop kind of person because of inconsistencies but this Place NEVER let's me down. Their French Toast Latte is so good and the quality of the coffee is amazing! Every pastry I have tried from them has been perfection and so pure. My favorites are the Blueberry Muffin and the Hipster Croissants. The staff is SO friendly and they great you with a warm welcome and are happy to chat with you. I literally come here everyday during the week. Best way to start my morning.
Good place, good latte, but I used my credit card to pay and suddenly I’m getting a marketing email every day! I did not sign up for that, never gave you my email address, and hate being bothered to have to unsubscribe. Square makes it possible for you to do this - dump them or ask your customers first if they want to emails. Don’t spam your customers.
I liked this place because the atmosphere is kind of upbeat. Full of young people having coffee and on the computers and the folks on the counter were nice. And I'm an old bag LOL so I like to go to places where there are young people hanging out because LOL it makes me feel younger! But no you know I had some I think it was chocolate coffee and my friend had something else and we were satisfied also with that.
Love this place so much!! Such a cute, cozy coffee shop. Lydia is the best!
Little River "BIG" Coffee at Little River Coffee Bar. I like my coffee dark roast and heavy whipping cream....very simple, nothing fancy, pure delcious and refreshing! All I will have to say is one amazing simple coffee here. I would highly recommend enjoying a cup of java here.... and it is a really nice atmosphere to boot up anything WiFi! In nice weather open to the outdoors which makes your time very relaxing.
I rarely leave reviews, but this place has become a second home to me. I’ve been going here for about a year, and now about 2 months consistently. The quality is always top notch, along with the amazing baristas. They are friendly and don’t treat you like you’re stupid for asking questions (I’ve been treated poorly before by coffee snobs lol). The interior is amazing, and they’re always coming up with something new so you’ll never get bored! I can’t wait to buy a bag of beans today LOL!!
