Got a matcha latte that tasted like milk today, and when I asked for some extra matcha the blonde barista was very confrontational and rude. The other male barista was nice offered to remake it, but unfortunately it still didn’t have much flavor. I’m not usually one that sends stuff back, but I did because it was $7. It also took a good 30 minutes until I had my drink. **update** interesting that the owner replies and admits that they’re selling drinks made of 99.5% milk, great to know before you spend money here!
For a cafe, the food is pretty good. Drinks are great and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Nice place to read with a cup of coffee.
This place checks the box for “cozy coffee shop”. Didn’t hurt it was a rainy morning. The breakfast was tasty. I had an omelet that hit the spot, and I’m not a waffle lover but tasted my wife’s waffle (that sounds like innuendo) and will be getting the waffle next time.
I stopped here looking for a breakfast restaurant. Went in and looks like you need to order at the counter. Not sure as the gal behind the counter never acknowledged me so I left. Didn't smell good in there anyway!
Amazing food and service! Wasn't expecting the steak burger to be the size it was. Live music a bit loud, but I have sensitive ears

When it's crowded you can hardly hear yourself think. The excellent food, drinks and staff make up for it.
We were looking for a local option for a late lunch after a showing. Alison picked the wrap, and I got the chicken nachos. Both were good for a quick bite. The waitstaff was friendly and the eating area was clean.
Gotta love good old 313 if you want something made with care. I’ve always enjoyed their shrimp tacos, seared tuna salad, and coffees (they make incredible coffees!). Only thing is I wish they changed their menu so it had more vegetarian options besides that hippie dipping veggie wrap (I hate that wrap lol it is super bland to me).
1st time here. Order at counter, pay & tip before taking a number and seating ourselves...get your own water. Took a few minutes to get our regular black coffee. Meals came pretty quickly, and as we ordered. Not bad, hot and tasty, nothing special. I had Boring Betty, (2 eggs, 4 sl. bacon, home fries & 1 pc. sourdough toast.) My husband had a Meat Omelet. $33.7 including 20% tip. We weren't offered coffee refills, so I don't know if they are even given. Nice music, smooth jazz playing. A little pricey for 2 breakfasts, but we'd certainly come back if in the area again at breakfast/brunch time.
I love this place! The food and the coffee are delicious. 10/10. The only thing I would suggest is that they could serve seasonal specials but that’s just personal preference.
My son loves this place, but I wasn't overly impressed the food was overpriced for the amount of what you received.. I mean come on for 750 for avocado toast that literally had maybe a dozen pumpkin seeds on each slice and a total of a half an avocado between two pieces of bread... I mean they could have at least put an entire avocado on there...to be honest I think it's more of a posh place than it is an actual eating establishment.. But to each his own
313 is absolutely the best coffee shop in Oconee County. The food and coffee is delicious!
It was just a bit much with all the talking plus live music. Kind of hard to focus on other things. Though Autism will do that to you. Some of the food was a bit bland for my taste. Though I'm not shaming it if someone else loves it, Then you do you :).
Ordered a frap and it was like I was given a frozen milkshake. I ordered a frozen coffee with a shot of hazelnut....that was awful too. I left a tip for both order anyway. I was excited to drive to see this gem but the customer service that good either.
Great place for after workout friends meeting up to enjoy coffee. Delicious omelette.
We love 313 and we eat here often. The food has always been so good but recently they changed their blueberry muffins and the new ones aren’t good at all. They’re really dry. The ones they use to have were top notch. We still come for breakfast just sad they got rid of our favorite item
What a great spot to stop in for brunch or lunch! Plenty of seating inside, lots of goodies to choose from. Great little spot located right in the heart of Seneca.
The food was really, really fresh, the prices are great for the quality you're getting, my latte was HUGE (and delicious), the dessert was amazing! Friendly staff make you feel welcomed and the place is just down right adorable! It's so good to have choices other than fast food in our little area (I enjoy a cheap burger and fries, but I like having options!). I'm really glad 313 is here and I hope they stay for a long, long time!
Who doesn't like shopping at Walmart? They have everything and products advertised on TV who tell you, it's not sold in store well, that's a lie cause Walmart sells it so, if you need it, go shop their and, you'll find it.
