I love visiting the Port Royal location while in Beaufort. Sarah is always so kind, and gives excellent suggestions when putting my feelers out for food. Today she suggested the FAT, with basted eggs! It was THE BEST!
Been there twice, great food and service

We came here when we stayed for 2 nights at an Airbnb in Port Royal. This pocket of town feels magical. It truly is very beautiful. There’s a walking trail close-by with a beautiful boardwalk overtop of the lake. We stopped here for some coffees the first morning we were in town and liked them so much that we came back before we left town the following afternoon. That’s when we sat on the patio and had a quick meal. Everything was delicious and the portions were good. Prices weee good too. If we ever come back or pass through this area then we will have to stop in again. There were dog water bowls on the patio that we used for our pups. We love a nice patio that’s welcoming to our pups. The patio is a bit shady from the large trees around which helps with the heat.
The food was great. The coffee was great. The nearby Cypress walk, just added to the charm.
Over priced food (no prices are shown on the menu board), lukewarm service, but good regular coffee. Best part was the ambiance and out door seating.
Good coffee, good bagels, friendly people. Good variety of everything.
Average price for artisan food. The cook changes so does the menue. Well until the new cook learns the menu. We will go back.
5 star prices for 2 star food. I'm globally traveled and this is the most mediocre cafe I have been to. Get ready for $20 avocado toast. The owners must think that they are above the local market. Turn the heat down. The staff were kind.
Extremely expensive for the food and drink and quality!! Will not return.
Best Corner Perk location! I love the old buildings. Confidently located next to the wetlands trail, which I like to hike while drinking a coffee or cocoa.

UPDATE I went in today for a quick coffee and my daughters favorite meal (French toast with fruit). It is very clean! The staff is a lot BETTER! The bathroom is super clean as well. I'll be returning when I'm on this side of town. Also the decor for Christmas is the cutest. I was a regular here since 2021. The service has declined quite a bit since then. The staff has been changed quite a bit too. The food used to be very good and worth the price but not as much anymore. There are also been many instances where the dining area and bathrooms have been unclean. I noticed the upkeep decreased significantly when the staff changed.

The coffee is amazing! The food is a tad pricey. Ordered the breakfast chorizo burrito and it was all grease - could barely eat it.
14 dollars for a chorizo/avocado breakfast burrito with barely any meat in it.
Sorry to say both our breakfast meals were gross. The huavos Rancheros had no Verde sauce and was exceptionally greasy and flavorless. The breakfast burrito was not freshly made and also flavorless the old avacado really sent it straight to the garbage.
Getting better since most of the staff recently left for different or better pastures Was a 5 star seems like they are really trying to get back to that Thanks to the management for the increasingly better service Food was delicious coffee always great
We just went there at 12;30 Sunday and they were telling people they have no food because they have too many dirty dishes and therefore they have to catch up on that ??? Are you kidding? Since all their good staff has quit there the place has gone down hill Coffee alway cold food portions smaller Coming here for a year time to go to the place across parking lot The Olde Schoolhouse Tried again today except for their hot coffee never hot it was ok
