Good place to grab a quick breakfast. It was fairly busy when we arrived, but took less than 10 minutes from walking in the door to having our food. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a cheddar jalapeno bagel. It was very good, tons of bacon and the bagel had a good texture and taste. The wife had a bagel with cream cheese and enjoyed it as well. Prices were reasonable as well. Highly recommend for a quick, inexpensive breakfast.
We go to bagel shops to get bagels, not usually breakfast or lunch, so when we visited here, we just got a baker's dozen of bagels. My wife and I have been trying different bagel places along the Grand Strand and we both agreed that the bagels here where some of the best we have had. They have a good variety and the prices are reasonable. We're not into sweet bagels, so we got sesame, Asiago and Cheddar Jalapeno. They were all very good. We've tried about every bagel shop from the Boardwalk north to Calabash. The only real competition we've found was a place in Calabash, which is a lot farther drive and more expensive. I think we've found our new bagel source! We'll be back!

Good place for breakfast . They have full breakfast and good selection of bagels. Also have regular hazelnut French vanilla coffee. Pictured is omlette was very good. Asiago bagel is my favorite bagel. Coffee is average nothing exciting. Would recommend for breakfast.
Bagel was dry and my bacon was crumbled in pieces, like someone just crushed the bacon between their hands and put it on my bagel. I've tried this place several times and it was horrible every time and I will never order from this company again 🤮. I dont don't recommend eating here!
I got a coffee and a double toasted bagel with garlic & herb cream cheese! bagel was delicious, I'm glad that I got a double toasted so it could be nice and crispy! I didn't have a negative experience with any of the employees! Everyone was hard working and the place is hopping with customers. Call in and place a delivery order or come eat here, wont be disappointed!
If you don't want Starbucks and just want a good cup of regular coffee and a bagel, this is the place to go. Better breakfast than from the hotels.
This bagel factory is down right nasty.Some areas to clean and improve as follows. The ceiling, front door, behind the counter,from the customer view point. The cooler door looks like, it has seen better years. As for restrooms, i will pass on that My 5 areas are up,so, not going to answer that part. They do feed the homeless, and keep costs down, has a great location, with a great name, and is a bagel factory. Sorry to hurt anyone, I like a good bagel, to sit down and eat it. and not to close my eyes to things falling apart.
Bagels are ok. Ordered a bagel with peanut butter and they handed me a bagel with a side of peanut butter. Poor service.
Not even close to New York style bagels. Service is OK and they do have table service. That said, the order lady needs to be attentive. When you for a scooped and toasted bagel - you expect to get exactly that for the $3.30 you are being charged for a bagel. Alas, there's not enough competition around either ...
Literally the best bagel...but the customer service is awful. The weird bald guy that works register makes you feel like you're a burden just for ordering, never says thank you and is just plain mean. Clearly he hates his job and should not work with the public ...ever..he also argues with his coworkers in front of the whole dining room. I really hate coming there when he's working. Such a bummer

The bagel was ok. I wouldn't go back. The only menu I could find was at the counter next to the register which you couldn't see because there were a few people in line. The place is dirty and could use a good cleaning.
Bagels are better than DD if that is saying anything. People that work there really don't like their jobs or the customers.
Stumbled across this bagel shop and it was the best!! The bagels are made fresh. The prices are incredible and the service is amazing!! From VA and wish we had a place like this. Made a stop on the way out to bring some home. Thanks bagel factor. 5 stars!!!!
Great bagels but get there early they run out fast.
Who would expect to find absolutely amazing bagels in MB? I personally think they’re better than any bagel anywhere. If you like cinnamon raisin or jalapeño cheddar bagels get there early. We actually call early and ask them to hold bagels until we get there.
