Staff was very patient, and even with a lot going on, got everything right and were very helpful
I ordered a dozen donuts at this location and was shocked when they rang up the price at $15.99 plus tax. We had just bought a dozen on the way down off Interstate 95. The total here was fourteen and some change. Here the total was 18 something and my Upside app wouldn't change the font small enou to get ALL the numbers. Only one through six showed. I thought about not buying them. So I gave them a really generous tip choosing the total of $21.21. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I can see why my cousin says they will be OUT OF BUSINESS soon.
I did not realize that there was a Krispy Kreme in ladson, now I know me and my mother will definitely stop on her next Dr appointment 🤗😋
Had to wait at least 20 minutes then impatient people jumped ahead of me. Very rude and disorganized. Donuts not as good as they used to be. I was disappointed since I was looking forward to this treat.
The worst customer service ever. People are dirty, disheveled...practically throw your order out the window at you. They never look you in the eye or say thank you. I tried 6 different times here. I will not go back to this one again.
See my other review on the Krispy Kreme in Charleston, on Savannah highway. Everything I said about that place, this one is the exact opposite and a great place to go. The selection is immense, the customer service is superb, the location is excellent, and they make you feel welcomed and are always very cheerful. I love this Krispy Kreme, I wish the other one were even 1/8 as clean or professional.
Donuts tasted old. Usually not the case. Staff didn't seem happy. I'll update after next visit. May 2023- same story as before. Won't be back

Poor service even though only 1 customer in the store. Staff busy milling around, but little attention was paid to the customer. Sorry, only minimal stars for this visit
The staff is patient and willing to help you with your choices. I enjoy going to visiting Krispy Kreme.

Been a KK fan forever..had a small store in Avondale.. I'm talking many years ago LOL . They were good then still are!!
When I went inside it was quick and easy. Even though the young lady gave me the wrong donuts my family did enjoyed all of it.

Doughnuts are always burnt and dry!!! They fry them WAY to long!! Please fix this because they use to be sooo good!!!
Always great donuts at there shop not do great at grocery stores. There hard & like old not fresh
