The operating hours listed on Google are incorrect. I arrived slightly after 6 pm driving in from Charlotte and the location was closed. Please update the hours so others do not make the same mistake!
Amazing tea and customer service.
Quiet, good atmosphere here. Good is good. Different snacks here. Sorry was hungry sausage, egg and cheese croissant was good. The hot beverages are very hot.

Great place to get a tea or coffee, snack, and get some work done!
Coffee done your way, ready when you want it. A well staffed shop moving at the speed of grind, with lots of hot and cold drinks and food options, along with desert delights such as cheese cakes, tiramisu, chai swirl cakes, carmel apple bars, brownies, and much more. They have a convenient warming oven that makes any desert feel like it was just made. Plenty of seating and even a DRIVE-THRU. I tried the Pumpkin Chai Swirl cake, warmed. What a delight that was.
I was so excited to see this place when I drove by. Most places are catered to coffee drinkers which I am not. So when I saw "tea" I almost did a wheelie in the road trying to get there! lol! They have good tea options and some I am eager to try. I don't feel like I am drinking a bunch of unnecessary calories like one place whose name I shall not mention, buck I'm sure you know who I am referring to. ;) The staff member was helpful after I explained to her this was my first time there. My chai was perfect and so was my egg and cheese croissant. I am very pleased and can't wait to visit again.
The coffee is excellent, the breakfast croissant was just as enjoyable!
My new go-to coffee shop! The coffee doesn't have a burnt or bitter taste, and my husband loves the cold brew! We had a coffee shop that we enjoyed going to, but they seemed to have change their recipe. Sweetwaters to the rescue! They have two different types if cold brew plus multiple choices of drinks on and off the menu including lattes, cappuccinos, regular coffee, ice cream drinks, berry blends, and more. They also have some light food, but I haven't gotten around to try those yet. And the girls who work there are absolutely fabulous! So sweet and patient and knowledgeable.
this is a cute coffee shop! they also offer some board games. i got an iced caramel latte and my sister got their brown sugar latte!
I have patience and understanding for quite of bit of situations but don't understand why service was so awful! I ordered two coffees and said not to put sugar in one of their specialty coffees. The attendant at the window looked back and told the person making the coffee and looked at me with a smirk. When asked for a stir stick she provided a small stick (see picture). I said I need one to stir my coffee and she said that is the stir stick. When I received my two coffees both had so much sugar in them we could not drink them! What horrible service and it wasn't even busy!!!
Coffee and food are great but the staff needs to slow down and listen! Three things were messed up on my order.
This was becoming my usual breakfast place but they took the croissant breakfast sandwiches away! The mango fruit tea is usually my go to. Service varies depending on who's working but they're polite for the most part. Would recommend to other people. Edit: Thank you for the awesome response!
I have gone to sweet waters for coffee/tea and a snack a few times, but this week I ordered from their catering menu and it was great. Easy to order and pay with a grey section. I arrived early on my pick up day and they informed me it would be a few minutes because they were brewing the coffee fresh! Everything was great for my breakfast meeting. I would definitely use them again!
Discovered Sweetwater with my mom about a month ago and now I go on the way to work 2 to 3 times a week. It’s not too expensive. I’m addicted to the Mocha Ice Dragon and the bagels! I don’t think I’ll find a coffee place as good as this one! The staff is always so kind when I come through the drive thru!
Horrible coffee, baked goods and service. Went in and it was crowded so we were hopeful. Ooo boy it was awful. The scones croissants were old and the girl behind the bar literally sneezed into our cups before handing them to us. Grossed us out completely. I would love to support local so I recommend the coffee shop just a bit south - so much better. This place is a waste of space.
I love this place! The cold brews are my favorite. The employees are always so sweet :)
No brainer, this is the best coffee spot around here. Great food, deserts, COFFEE, and breakfast. Have I mentioned their massive chocolate Chip cookie? You have to try this place. Staff is friendly even when I order t drive through half asleep.
Finally decided to give this place a try and we were pleasantly surprised with the options and quality of food. We’ll be back.
Just moved to nearby Bridgemill community and googled nearest coffee shop. Walked in and lost my mind. Simply amazing! Clean, quiet and well air conditioned. Amazing coffee and pastries. Starbucks who? Never will Even consider that junk compared to this
