A must-visit spot downtown that has coffee so good we travel hours out of our way to go here.

I love the simplicity of this place and the focus on quality over quantity. This is a great spot to reconnect with an old friend.

Methodical Coffee is one of the most consistent and quality coffee concoctions I have in the Upstate. They bring details in all the cafe spaces they own from coffee, design , pastries and food. A great staff and vision here. Highly recommend.

Cute cafe however my latte was bitter and undrinkable. Hoping it was just a one off as the staff and space were great.

They're doubleshot espresso in 8oz taste like hot water. I have had gas station coffee more robust. You're paying over $3 for a drink there should be some substance to it.

Without question the best coffee in Greenville. What a beautiful little shop right in downtown. We returned twice! Had incredible pour over coffee, lattes and those double chocolate cookies!!!!

No matter which Methodical you try, you'll have great coffee in a great space. Staff is always super friendly (and super hip!) never a harsh vibe. They all seem to just enjoy the fact that you're here to enjoy a hot beverage with them. Coffee or tea or whatever - can't go wrong at Methodical.

Love the atmosphere with turntable mellow music and the look is of the truest coffee lover (which is why I ordered with confidence) but my americano (termed espresso with water here) lacked flavor. They do not have half and half (what I’m used) Wish I had asked for an extra shot because I did ask for the boldest largest cup of something- it may or may not have mattered as their beans may just be a weaker brew. It just lacked that wonderful bold flavor- nice service and love the blue cups/plates! I would give it another try and ask for more shots to see if it mattered

I've always heard nothing but amazing things about Methodical and I am so glad I finally gave it a try! The ice chai latte was one of the best I've been able to find in the area. The barista's were kind and efficient. The atmosphere is charming and is perfect for both catching up with friends or just bringing your laptop to do work.

It’s very possible that Methodical might be the best coffee shop within 50 miles. With great care taken in roasting fresh beans and unique espresso creations, Methodical is everything you’d want in a gourmet boutique coffee shop.

If you're a coffee connoisseur, this is the place for you. It's all about natural taste for me, and I always drink my coffee with no additives, and I can say that this is probably the best coffee I've ever had anywhere I've visited. The flavor is rich and full, but not overpowering or bitter. No after-flavor. Amazing!

This is probably the fifth time I've gotten coffee at Methodical. I don't love the coffee, in general. It's quite fruity and too acidic for my palette, I prefer a much more dark, chocolatey, smooth roast. That being said, I went out on a limb and popped in after a photo shoot in One City Plaza, and got the El Ignacio, iced. IT. WAS. SO. GOOD!!! There must've been something about the orange, cinnamon, mocha, and spice that balanced out the light and fruity coffee flavor - because I literally loved it. I went back a second time for the exact same drink because it was so good! Side note, if you like the coffee, the vibe of this place is AWESOME.

So i accidentally spilled my coffee all over myself and the floor like an idiot. They were so kind and immediately helped me clean up and replaced my coffee at no extra charge. 10/10 service and kind people! :)

Top notch coffee shop! If you need some seriously tasty coffee, Methodical hits the spot. I'm pretty sure everyone from Greenville knows about these guys, but if you're new to town or visiting, ya gotta give em a try. Their pour over coffee is really good, and they'll throw in a shot of espresso into just about anything. Great location, delicious coffee, cool vibes!

Chai roll and coffee were good, but didn't hit the spot like I wanted. Best thing we had was the dirty chai
