Painting a building near there shop was working out in the heat and came across there building I was super thirsty and tried the strawberry something tea thing man one of the most delicious drinks I’ve ever had perfect for a hot day Thank you Bex!! Note the photo isn’t the best but was super good
A very nice smoothie place in SC! I love how they have a healthy shop in downtown greenville! I also like the fact that they have a nice patio outside, where guests can sit down and enjoy the beautiful view.
If microwaved egg sandwiches for $10 and shelves that are so dusty, they look hairy. This is your place. Dog friendly too! So dog friendly, they wont clean the floor all day. This way you can enjoy the piles of fur left from all the cute puppies. Want a nice warm cup of joe on your walk home from work? No problem! Just as long as you are off before 2pm.

Best juice in town. Wish some of the chairs were replaced to even up the seating heights a little more.
Great service! The wifi was out, and apparently it had been out for a few days. A person came in to fix it while I was there, and it came back on. The table to fix 6 is an uncomfortable height for working with the chairs there, and the padded chairs don’t have a solid seat. The metal chairs at 2 person tables have a cushion, but it’s not attached so the cushion will slide around if you’re a person with mobility problems as you sit down.
The experience is usually pretty good here but today I really wanted a fresh green juice. Looked at the time of closing and rushed to make it about 10 minutes prior to 2pm closing to be told the juicer is down for cleaning. I wish I knew operations shut down prior to closing before I made the effort to get here.
This is the 3rd time I've tried Bex because my office is steps away.. I've ordered a different coffee each time and all 3 have tasted the same. The seasonal flavors are barely noticeable (I've had smores and snickerdoodle) and the coffee just does not taste good. Also, my lattes have been cold 2 out of my 3 visits. This is a side note.. There was one girl working today and she was pretty busy when I first came in. After she took my order the manager/supervisor/whoever was in charge came out of the office and YELLED that she should not stop making a drink order to take an order. Everyone in the shop stopped and looked up when the manager SO LOUDLY said this. A few moments later she told the worker that she was just trying to give her a tip.. but maybe the supervisor should've HELPED the worker during the busy time and then after the rush stopped and given her that tip? This doesn't affect the fact that I still think this coffee is bad, but I don’t like seeing poor leadership. And she embarrassed the girl. TLDR: Cold coffee, flavors not noticeable in the coffee. I won't be returning to Bex lol
I've been to The Bex Cafe a few times and I have to say, the coffee is absolutely amazing! Not only is the coffee great, but the food is as well. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee and some yummy food, then The Bex Cafe is definitely the place for you!
Best coffee & Smoothie around. Far superior to a Starbucks. Love walking to work and stopping in to see what specials they have.

Good food and coffee.. but the cashier who rang me up then puts the lid on my coffee with his barehands making direct contact with the part I put my mouth on. Not sanitary.
Great little coffee shop with a nice atmosphere. I come here to work for a few hours but lots of folks come to chat as well, since there are a few cozy places to sit. I usually get hot tea and a warm muffin both of which are good.
My first visit and I’m not sure what took me so long…fantastic food and drinks, in a quaint setting in downtown Greenville. My coffee drink was delicious…I believe it was called the Stevie Nicks (a few Fleetwood Mac references on the menu). And the vegetarian bagel sandwich was also very good. Plenty of seating options inside and out on the front patio; I enjoyed the comfy couch. Free Wi-Fi too. I’ll definitely be back!
Went on a Sunday and the team was super friendly. Juice was top notch too! Thanks to the Bex team.
Service 5/5 Great staff BLT 5/5 A BLT is such a simple sandwich, but it’s easy to mess up and hard to make stunning. This BLT was absolutely stunning, warm, crispy bread, fresh lettuce, a thick slice of flavorful tomato and a generous portion of crispy bacon sitting on a bed of fresh green lettuce. Coffee 1/5 this is where the complaints begin. We ordered a frozen Mexican white mocha and a iced chocolate mocha. The white mocha was chunky and seemed to be half cold coffee and half frozen. Despite cinnamon being listed as a main ingredient i the drink, I tasted no cinnamon and very little white chocolate. The chocolate mocha had a great coffee flavor to it and was very bold, but there was little to chocolate taste or flavor. Such a shame really.
3 stars for cute interior, the food and coffee 1 star, the way i look at it McDonald’s serves better breakfast sandwiches. will not come and and do not recommend.
