How nice to be greeted before the door closed behind me. Excellent muffins and generous coffee size not to mention the fact I thought I had been undercharged at checkout because it was such a good value! I’ll be back when in the area.
I stopped here by chance looking for a coffee to take down really quick and get back to work. I'm glad I did! The staff was super nice, establishment was super clean and coffee was amazing. I'll be making this one of my go to stops when in Goose Creek, SC. Being from New England I'm a loyal Dunk's guy. This place might be my new favorite moving forward!
asked for as sweet drink, packs a punch and cold - the teddy bear... pretty good! clean nice spot to meet people, not huge but nice. Update 4/29/23 Still love my teddy bears frozen, 2 extra shots! Try the tuxedo muffin warmed, you will not be disappointed! Chairs still uncomfortable 😣 but guess not supposed to stay forever! Everyone nice! Tip the staff they do good work!
My family loves this place. The owner is awesome. His register was down and he gave us our drinks for free. Kaylee is so sweet and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back soon! The teddy bear latte is sooooo good!!!!!

There was a few items missing when I called the customer service was impeccable. We stop there at least twice a week, and they have the best staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Love biggby. Employees always nice. Coffee is good. Asiago bagel os my favorite. And the muffin things are really good
The Goose Creek location is extremely slow! Be prepared to wait 15 minutes at least and thats with 3-4 people working. It's such a shame because the coffee is great, just not convenient for working people that have time constraints. The problem is that there is no true structure and the employees always seem confused about where they should be working or what they should be doing

I love Biggby coffee but after having a baby recently, life became hectic and it's been awhile since I was able to go grab coffee! We just went back and Tom, the owner, gave us coffee on the house as a welcome back. Incredibly kind owner and staff -- and delicious coffee!

From walk in to walk out it’s very fast. I get iced coffee and they always do it perfect here
I did not take pictures of my food...🥺. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The young lady that served me, I overheard her stated it was her birthday. "Happy belated birthday." Thank you forna wonderful first experience. I was surprised of tasty the mint hot chocolate was. I was not a fan of the bagel. The inside was clean. One of the staff was happy to get the music working.
This location has the friendliest staff!!! Seriously, everyone there today deserves a raise! I came in around noon and got two coffees and two sandwiches, everything was delicious & fast. Biggby is always awesome! This location is super clean and the bathroom is very clean as well! Also, gender neutral bathrooms make my heart happy!
Thanks for getting this truck driver going early in the morning. We all know nothing good happens before coffee. It's better than Chic Fila and it comes in a size bigger than a sip.
The owner, Tom, is a stand-up guy. I was really excited to try the Caramel Apple Cider drink and of course the day I go they are out of the ingredients. Well, Tom offered my next purchase of the drink ‘on the house.’ He was really nice. Thanks Tom!
