We use to frequent this location but this time was disappointing. No options except regular glaze with around four or five workers. For a holiday weekend very bad business situation
Google Maps says drive thru is open until 11:00 pm (23:00) and that is not the case. Just finished a tour overseas and was really craving some Krispy Kreme donuts. Oh well, I’ll check it in the morning. I may update the rating based on customer service and quality of food after that.

Got the Mother's Day mini's. Called and they had them Ready for pick-up!
The hot light here is a LIE!!!! They reheat the doughnuts in the microwave and claim that they’re “freshly made”. So upset. Lying to your customers is a terrible way to run a business.

Never have the donut you want early in the morning always blaming delivery rather go to some Dunkin' donuts
Donuts were very small, not allowed to rise properly! The Hot Now sign was on and this location takes pre cooked donuts from another location and re heats them and then add icing! THATS NOW THE HOT NOW DONUTS THAT I’M USED to! Won’t visit this location again. In the future when the hot now light is on I will make sure they are being cooked at the location!

I love Krispy Kreme. Sundays are Cinnamon Roll day, but they did not have any cinnamon rolls. The lady said that we can call ahead. WHAT?! That is a tourist area & we do not live there. We saw the Hot & Ready sign lit & pulled in. They should have them ready!
Great customer service. Take your kids or grandchildren and watch how Donuts 🍩 are made.
Only three employees busting their butts because the store was packed, the maintained professionalism. They need to be recognized.
One gentleman wasnt so helpful but other associate stepped in and made for quick trip!!
Hot sign was on & there were no hot donuts and a limited selection. There was a special in the app for a free St. Patrick's day style donut with any purchase & they only had 2 green sprinkled donuts. I have always been HAPPY with KK but this was a disappointing experience.
I actually used to work at this Kriapy Kreme. I went to get breakfast before school and found a small roach in my donut box WITH THE DONUT. It was crawling all over it. That is absolutely disgusting. When we went back to tell them the worker asked if we wanted another donut or a refund. I obviously chose refund. he was kind about it, but wasnt wearing a name tag so I dont know his name.
Stopped by today and they were extremely understaffed. Nevertheless, Myra showed tremendous patience while maintaining a great level of customer service despite being the only one to handle orders & the register. Great job! 😊👌🏾
Stopped in tonight a picked up a 2 dozen donuts. Looked as if only one person working. A very pleasant young lady who was hard at work taking care of the drive thru and the inside counter. She was awesome, hard at work taking care of everyone. Talk about customer service, I can not say enough about her. She was the face of Krispy Kreme tonight , she hit it out of the park. I hope you reach out to her and let her know how valuable of a employee she is - she deserves it and more.
The guy taking order was very friendly and boxed it up quick with a smile. The cashier was fantastic. She is in the correct position there. Super friendly, a big smile. Her alone will make me want to return..not to mention the yummy donuts 🍩 😋
