I live pretty far from here, so I didn't know this place existed until I had a doctor's appointment down here. I came in to kill time before an appointment and I'm glad I did! This is my second time here and I have had a great experience both times. Food was hot & really yummy & the Iced Coffee is perfect. The ONLY criticism I have is how loudly the staff are talking to eachother. It is EXTREMELY loud. It kind of disrupts the coffee house vibe. It will not deter me from coming back, just something to be aware of.

I’m picky about my coffee and love their cold brew. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious. If you support local or just love good coffee check it out. The blueberry sparkling lemonade is nice too.
Coffee is good here, but choice of vegan options, not even one! Lol, of course it's freaking SC got stuck back in time at least 20y.

What a delight this place is! The coffee is awesome. The food is delicious, and the staff are attentive and helpful. They are a great part of the community, and I highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t yet. You won’t be disappointed.
Great first experience here. I got a flavored latte and the avacodo chorizo wrap. My husband got some kind of blueberry sparkling lemonade which he really enjoyed. Good food and drinks, cozy atmosphere, and friendly people. Very reasonable prices too.
Coffee is excellent and a great atmosphere to meet up and chat with folks.

Went here for a business function so no pictures this time. And I didn’t take advantage of the morning coffee & pastry stuff… but the lunch was delicious & the two desserts I tried afterwards were great! The staff that I was in contact with were very nice & pleasant. Definitely going back here! EDIT (1-24-23): ok, came back for lunch (and actually this would be my 2nd time back since my original review but the other one was a take out trip) and am really liking this place. Would be cool to meet friends here for sure. Food is great (both now & the take out time) & the folks working here are really nice. Can hardly wait to come back for the breakfast & coffee one day.

This was our first time here. Everything about this place is amazing. The staff was so incredibly nice and helped me order just the right specialty coffee. We both had Croissant sandwiches, and they were hand delivered and delicious. The Croissants were crispy outside and soft inside. I could have sat there all day with how cozy and warm it was inside. 5 stars+++
I had been living around here for a few years, but I never got around to visiting the Rustic Roast even though I kept on telling myself I would go. We moved away from Conway recently, but my parents live right down the road, so I took my sister to breakfast here. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with a club soda that had vanilla flavoring in it. My sister got an egg and cheese croissant with a hot chocolate, and I had a taste and it was good. The breakfast sandwich was phenomenal! The croissant was flaky and buttery. The soda I somewhat regret getting because it tasted pretty bland, I should have paired it with a different type of soda. I would definitely come back! The atmosphere was super nice, and comfortable. The people working were so kind, too!
Rustic Roast is a hidden gem. Cozy atmosphere inside, lots of seating options, it feels like home. A great place to grab a coffee and a snack with a friend, or treat yourself to lunch and curl up with a book. If you're in a rush, there's a drive-thru! Lots of different coffees to choose from, and the food is delicious.

Stopped in on my way home from work, food was delicious and cold brew was some of the best I’ve had in a while. Good variety of food and coffee flavors, they sell whole beans as well. I’ll definitely be back.
I ordered the chicken salad wrap a side of fruit and a butterfly 🦋 pea flower with 🌹 and oat milk. So fresh and yummy 🥰
Delicious food & drinks. Quick & friendly service. 10/10 recommended.
