Nice place., fast service , great smoothie drinks. Nice staff, always down to go try different flavors . Their wraps are really good . I usually get the Caesar and it is delicious.
Real terrible service!! They prep all the online orders before the orders that are placed in person!! I waited 25mins for 2 smoothies, only one person in front of me! While I watched them put 10 smoothies into a refrigerator under their counter before getting to mine!! They lost me as a customer!
Made a mobile order as always. Never had any issues at this location. Got home to eat my food and realized they didn’t make my sandwich correctly. I called several times no one answered. When I arrived I expressed how my sandwich wasn’t made correctly and was missing tomato’s. The cashier ask how would I like it made with an attitude and it was obvious I just wanted my sandwich made fresh how it was on the menu. His response could’ve been “sorry for that inconvenience” instead of “how do I want it made” that was totally unprofessional.

Great smoothies and staff were very nice
Had to wait 15mins before I could place an order. There was only 1 person at the register and we had 3 people standing ahead of us. Very slow in taking order. It wasn't super crowded. However the food was delivered in minutes.
Checked in to pick up order. My flod sat on the to go shelf for 10 minutes. I had to ask if my order was ready after seeing so many other people leave with food.
These guys are always on point. I can never get another store to make my smoothie like they do. Shout out to the cashier and guy that made my smoothie!
i come in often and there’s a set of twins with curly hair who provide excellent service and always make me feel at home
I’ve been going here since high school and have never been unimpressed. Came in at noon and the staff today was awesome. The lady in front of me had something happen with her order (through grub hub or something like that) and the staff handled it very well. They were so polite and helpful.
Had an issue with someone from n8ght crew on a Saturday making my sandwich wrong, Brandon went over an beyond to solve the problem!!! Thank you again and the lady that worked the front counter with you today!!! I will be back!!!!
I worked at this location for a little bit. quit because KIDS were working more than the legal hours for a 14-15 year old. absolutely horrible experience. there were multiple times where i watched co workers mess up over and over and over again and no one seemed to care much about it. overall -10/10
This location has gone down. The young people here are not being trained adequately. They are not up to par on their appearance, hygiene and tidiness of the store. I see the young people playing and joking around while the store is disheveled and very few customers. Standing around shooting the breeze! It’s unprofessional! I don’t know what happened here but I definitely like to go over to sunset drive instead. Even the smoothie lacked the usual satisfaction.
Nastiest Tropical Smoothie Cafe I have been to. Food debris on the floor, drink spills, etc in kitchen and eating areas. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Dont usually complain or write bad reviews but I'm scared to eat or drink anything from this location. I'm sure the health inspector would give it a lo rating!
Customer service was great, first time having a smoothie and it was great. The island green was delicious and sweet just like, I like things. Will definitely be back
I am a very disappointed customer. I went to Tropical Smoothie on Saturday and ordered the shrimp wrap a snickerdoodle cookie and a drink. Upon preparing to eat my food I realized the wrap was cool to the touch and after biting in it wasn’t warm at all. I ate it anyway because I was hungry. Well I went to eat my cookie and it crumbled as soon as I broke it in half. Needless to say I wasn’t very pleased. Well I went back today for a redemption. I spoke to the young man at the register, informing him of my dissatisfaction and asked if he could make sure my meal was warm this time. I then also asked for a complimentary cookie since the last one I had was so hard. He said well, picked up another cookie, bent it and said this one is hard too. After receiving my order and seeing how unprofessional the staff was at that restaurant I said to myself I will never go back to that store again. Unfriendly atmosphere, poor customer service, and poor quality food.
Came in today, ordered, it was made wrong. Then when they made it right, I got one slice of chicken. They are making a killing today. Usually I get at three slices. I don't want anything. I wish you guys the best.
