I hate to write a poor review, but the people that work at this establishment are so unaccommodating. I have multiple times asked for less ice cream for my kids cup (like just half of the normal scoop) and that I'm fine paying for the price of a full scoop, and they have a hard time doing that for me. They give me attitude and then act hassled by me. I asked for an adult scoop and some extra bowls so I could split it with my kids, and they would not allow it. I have asked for a half scoop of two flavors and they won't do it. This was all different experiences. It's not hard to just scoop less ice cream, especially when I'm paying for it. It's not hard to do two half scoops. It IS hard for me to want to take my kids to get ice cream here when they are so hard to work with, and definitely don't have a customer first mentality.
With so many great, and unusual flavors to choose from, you can't go wrong!
Went last night for the second time this month and I am a fan. I’ve tried the Vanilla, Strawberry and Blueberry and they were all amazing 🤩. The two young ladies closing ( Taylor and Hailey?) were so sweet and provided excellent customer service. If I’m in the area I’m stopping by! 👌🏽👌🏽
Sweet Cream Co. is a great place to shop for incredible unique ice cream flavors in downtown Columbia, SC. They make 2 tubs of a flavor and when it’s gone they introduce a new flavor. Some flavor examples are Sweet Cream Blueberry, Cherry Coke, Banana Pudding, Coffee Toffee (a favorite), and Blueberry Ginger Sorbet to name a few. Great Date night idea to take a walk downtown, try some new ice cream, and support a small business.
Great place to get an Ice-Cream cone and take a stroll on Main St., Columbia, SC. The Banana Pudding Ice-Cream is delicious.
Would not recommend! Only 1 person working, NO toppings what so ever, and sweet cream is a false name!! It wasn’t creamy at all but very icy. One scoop was SO small and not worth the price. Won’t be coming back.

oh my goodness, absolutely the most creamiest, thick, delicious ice cream you will ever put in your mouth. so many delicious and fun flavors to choose from every week!! if i could hug a place, "sweet cream co." i would hug you!!

This place had the best icecream in Columbia when they first open. Now the taste of the icecream is completely different, not as good as it used to be. Lemon sorbet was tasteless, didn’t have any sweet or sour taste. The dark chocolate was definitely milk chocolate.
First time trying it. Ice cream was pretty good. Clean store. However, the young lady serving the ice cream snapped at my daughter and me. We each asked to sample a flavor and we were discussing between us what we wanted and she aggressively asked "are you ladies going to order?'. Honestly, if my daughter didn't really want to try the ice cream, I would have left. Customer service: 0 stars

Awesome delicious creamy DIFFERENT ice cream. Banana curry was creamy, with a hint of spice. Espresso cream was a family favorite. White mint chip- 7 &9 yr old gave it a 12 out of 10! Rose and dark chocolate was my favorite.
Chocolate was excellent. Strawberry was very good too
This place is amazing!! His wife makes up the flavors and he makes them!! Everytime we go in it’s something different. You can taste all of them before you decide. Homemade ice cream definitely worth the price. Always get the double scoop because I can never decide on just one flavor. When hubby and I go on a date night I insist he take me here after! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for ice cream!

Litterly the best ice cream I ever had, Their spiced apple and homemade cones, 😍 It's not too sweet or heavy and their cones are soft and crunchy I wish I could eat this ice cream every day The customer service is AMAZING super nice and they let you try flavors before buying!
It was almost gone before I decided to take some pics. We got the blueberry and chocolate. The ice cream is delicious!
