Literally so rude, I work in service too so I get being annoyed sometimes but I would never speak so rudely to a customer. I literally just asked for a straw , so disappointed cause I loved this place and always tip
I’m not local and it’s my first time at the coffee shop. What I love: *They made home made syrups for coffee, so if you are like me, who doesn’t like artificial syrups you’ll love their homemade syrups *Good coffee * Pleasant atmosphere *Super friendly and helpful girl at the register What I don’t like: * My table had trash from previous visitors and when an employee brought me my food, he just grabbed the food baskets but he left?dirty mags and napkins and he never came back to clean it completely. So I ended up to seating and then partially cleaned table * My croissant beef sandwich was ok. Next time would definitely try something else. * Also no one asked me what side I would like and they just brought me chips. However ,I saw on the menu that they have different sides. *Bathroom door lover was broke, so no way to use bathroom I still give five stars because overall it’s a very decent coffe shop and I know it’s not easy to run a small business like this! By the amount of people visiting it I can say it’s a very popular place. As they say :There is always room to grow
Had the pasta salad plate with Greek dressing. The food, as always, was wonderful. Grabbed a cinnamon sugar popover on my way out.
nice atmosphere... I was so disappointed with the coffee, one of the worst lattes I've had, The employee seemed bothered by us being there. Their food is okay but coffee was such a let down.
Great coffee and cappuccino. I come here for the food tho. Sandwiches are great. Nice to support local too! One of the few local places that does it right!
Nice quaint coffee and sandwich shop located on main Street on the south side of the Capital. Staff is friendly and courteous. Restaurant is clean throughout. Food comes out quickly and everything is fresh and tasty and healthy.
Love their coffee
My favorite place to get some work done and grab a sandwich in Columbia!
Excellent coffee, great breakfast, super nice staff. There's tons of seating and it's a really comfortable place to sit and chat or get some work done on your laptop. Highly recommend, will return (frequently)!
I always thought of this as a lunch place, but it's a happening place for breakfast too. Bacon & cheese biscuit was very good. Good coffee too.
Fairly priced, hospitable staff, good breakfast items and an incredible environment make this one of the best spots to sit with a cup of coffee in town.
The best local lunch, coffee & chill spot in Columbia! I love the vibe, service, food and set up. Downstairs is so intimate for reading, writing, studying and the upstairs is a great spot to meet friends or coworkers for a quick bite that is fresh and delicious! The pumpernickel bread was just -- WOW. Delightful hidden gem in Cola!
one of the best coffee spots in columbia.. it's always sooo good!!
Best coffee in town!
I have been going to this place since 2009. It is one of the best restaurants in Columbia. I love the oatmeal. I love the chicken salad sandwich. I love parfait. I love all the salads. I guess I love all of the food they make.
Great local coffee!
Best iced mocha in town. Great menu. Beautiful interior. Plenty of room inside & a couple of tables outside. Have been coming here for many years.
Great location near USC campus, super inexpensive and cozy. They roast their own beans in the basement and offer great food selections
I have always liked Immaculate Consumption. In this COVID-era, they have put excellent precautions, such as having tables separated a little apart from each other, limiting done in to 1hour, and requiring masks. they also have sanitizing gel at the door for when you walk in and walk out. Their drinks are just as good as pre-COVID-era.
Easily one of my favorite coffee shops downtown AND fabulous lunch options too
