This cafe is so quaint. Very relaxing. It’s located on the far end of park nestled in between the parks and train museum. It’s historic brick beg the mind of what the walls have seen while enjoying a nice espresso or a fabulous Rueben panini. This is definitely a place to find comfort whilst chatting amongst patrons. Enjoy a fire lit lounge to top off an already astonishing environment.
I've been here twice with wife... my wife some weird reason likes the place but overall it's horrible....good luck getting any communication to get decent service....owners seem to not know what they are even doing....I was able to get some coffee the first time was there and honestly average at best....2nd time there was just awful....the sandwich was okay....but we never got any coffee that we ordered after 20+ minutes of waiting and that's a low estimate of time....so paid for the sandwich and left...supposedly 50% 2as taken of for that and then just to be nice for the discount I left $3 tip...zero thanks or anything....my wife might be back but that's up to here.....I find the place atrocious and will never be back Oh and don't get me started on the cluttered seating...you'll bump into 10 different things before getting to where you want to sit.
Great atmosphere very pleasant service is great. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely little corner location on shady Park Street, delicious coffee and Pastries, lovely living room by the fire ambiance, and of course friendly aiken people! And my pup likes it too!

Stopped in Saturday- great service , coffee, etc. Go here and stay away from the chain stores.
One star for the decor. The coffee was just warm and mediocre at best. The biscotti was stale and got thrown out. Way overpriced.

Good location, great vibe, but in two visits the coffee wasn't hot enough. Weird issue, but five stars when they get that sorted out.
Fresh pastries, good coffee brand, very friendly workers. We will be back. They are planning on selling their coffee brand soon; we will be for that as well.
Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The drip coffee (regular) was very good. The highlight, though, was the gluten free biscotti made in house. We will be back.
