The food was great! The coconut pancakes were not on the menu, but the staff that assisted us recommended it. The "fried rice" was actually garlic rice and it was delicious as well. The full size order of pancakes is a 3 stack and regardless of what the menu says, is not really that big. Our group of 3 wiped out the pancakes and could've eaten more.
From healthy meals to delicious sweets, all made with love from the staff. You feel right at home dining in or to go at the Shack. Best genuine quality experience you won't experience twice, anywhere else on island.
You didn't fully experience Saipan's good vibe if you didn't stop by The Shake
Enjoyed their happy-camper crepe! It's a bit on the sweet side but, their Hawaiian crepe was just as satisfying!

Stopped by for breakfast on my last day in Saipan...was not disappointed! Great place! Food was delicious, people were friendly. I ordered the strawberry Nutella pancakes, half order, and it was plenty. It is definitely on my list to go to next time I am in Saipan :)
Great energy, atmosphere, shakes, pancakes and crepes! Service was as timely as possible given how busy they were.
This place is absolutely wonderful! We have been there twice already on our trip, and everything we have had there has been delicious, but the pancakes are particularly amazing - seriously the best I've ever had. On top of the great food, the people that work there make you feel like you're part of their family, and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your visit. Be sure to stop by if you're looking to start your day off right. You will not regret it!
Best pancakes I’ve ever had and the service is AMAZING! The owner and staff are so friendly and they make you feel at home. During “Fall” make sure to ask for the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes!
Was reading the reviews and was so excited to come to this store and after watching videos I couldnt wait to come visit. Came a long way 21 hours to be disappointed with the atmosphere. Cashier was a bit snarky and came off as she hated her job. Maybe could have shed a little smile or even a smirk. But the cooks were great! Food was good.

Healthy choice of food. Local Friendly service. Could use some upkeep, maintenance around the building. Had some screw heads sticking above the floor when I was there with my family and my 2 year old girl almost stepped on it. And especially an upgraded lavatory.

The Shack was recommended by Google, and confirmed by our hotel staff, as a great breakfast place. We got one savory and one sweet crepe and were not disappointed by either. The prices were quite reasonable, about $13 for a crepe and coffee. The staff is super friendly, and we met the owner, Glen, who talked with us while our food was being prepared and wrote down a list of six or seven other restaurants that he thought we should try, along with a couple of sightseeing suggestions. We sat drinking our coffee (free refills!) and surfing the internet using their free WiFi, listening to their chef singing along to the radio, and generally had a pleasant, peaceful, start to our day. I wish I had gone there sooner so I could have tried all their crepes during my vacation here!

Great Place and Staff. Food and drinks are great. Staff greeted us at the entrance and made us feel at home.
I ate TLC Crepe, Strawberry Pancake and batman smoothie. It was so delicious !!! and waiter is good at taking a picture👍🏻
The Shack is always a joy. The service is so friendly and personal. The staff go above and beyond to know your name. The food is fresh and good quality. With Covid they still do not have indoor dining but, the patio is nice. If you're in Saipan it's definitely a place to get a good breakfast, smoothie, or frozen coffee beverage.
