브라질 블랜딩을 쓴다. 라마르조꼬 머신을 쓰길래 에스프레소를 시켜 봤다. 부드럽지만 과다추출의 양상이 있고 굳이 찾아 마실 정도는 아니다. 망고스무디는 달지 않고, 얼음을 적게 쓰고 재료 밀도를 높여서 완성도가 좋다. skt 할인 가능. 직원이 유쾌하고 친절하다.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I salute the “Hafa Adai Roasting Company” brand of coffee with five luminous gold stars! Although I haven’t enjoyed the pleasure of visiting Hafa Adai Roasting Company inside DFS T Galleria in Saipan just yet, the photos online suggest the familiar tone of excellence, exquisite taste, and rare quality commonly associated with the proprietor. So the rich flavor of the whole beans I ordered online comes as little surprise—and a lot of delight! I just ground and brewed myself a strong cup with foamed milk and no sugar. Lifts the spirits on a rainy day in Guam and fills my heart with gratitude for a local company that’s this committed to its craft in fine beverage products. Two thumbs up! ☕️👍👍
I tried the Vienna Roast (whole bean). This is an excellent roast they have made. The beans are dark and glossy and of course smell like caffeinated heaven. I ground them in a conical burr grinder to fine grounds, and used the percolator. This was the most flavorful, full bodied coffee I have had. Excellent job Had Adai Roasters, I definitely will be a regular customer for this Roast and look forward to more dark roast varieties!
Delicious coffee, great service and beautiful atmosphere!! Their medium roast is my personal fave!
