I Enjoy the coffee and sandwiches!
Coffee connections is great if you avoid this location. First we got cold brew and when you ask the flavor the bleach blonde girl with a black hat in the front will roll her eyes having an attitude the entire time and say they’re behind me, when all of the flavors are covered in bottles? Then when you pay $20 for an açaí bowl they give you this. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had at food place. Wasted time and money
Great atmosphere and amazing coffees
Best coffee in Northern Rhode Island. Love this place. It's easily the best designed. Beautiful building..inside and outside. I enjoy the service and the chocolate peanut butter coffee is one of favorite coffees around. And they have acai bowls that are filled with all the wonderfully fresh fixins. Definitely swing through here. You will not be disappointed! See you soon CC Smithfield!
Went in for a coffee, breakfast sandwich, and a salad at 1pm on Wednesday and was promptly given my coffee after ordering and paying. I then waited nearly 20 minutes, assuming my food was being prepared, and when I approached the counter to say I was still waiting for my food, the employee went to the kitchen and came back out saying it would be right out. I then waited 6 more minutes and was finally given my food and left just before 1:30. It was not busy and there were no customers before me with any food, the employees were in the back joking around (which is fine) but clearly my order wasn't relayed to the kitchen when I ordered so I waited my entire 30 minute lunch break for no reason. So I didn't even get to eat my food at lunch and when I FINALLY did try to enjoy my salad hours later, they gave me the wrong dressing which I specifically don't enjoy so I couldn't compromise and even it eat with dressing. I get miscommunications happen but I also just stood there very visibly waiting in front of the employee who took my order the whole time, and she didn't think to tell the kitchen my order or even ask if I was all set before having to approach the register myself. Very disappointing since I really enjoy the coffee but clearly I can't rely on this place to serve 3 items in a timely manner while on my lunch break.

We get delicious, but overpriced coffee here often. Yesterday 2 medium coffees and 2 donuts were over $17.00! WHAT! Dunkin down the block would have cost about half. Nope, no more! Insane pricing.
UMMMMM....kind of pricy !!!
During the time we dined in there, they kept sweeping the floor around us causing a lot of dust all over the place, they were not closing it was at 3pm. Then I found out the lettuce in my chicken wrap were rotten. Will never go back.
Ordered some drinks. Great service and clean
Ordered two sausage egg and cheese on bagels. They were somewhat busy, but the food came out fast. Too fast apparently, because both sandwiches were cold. How is this possible? They didn’t sit around, and we took bites as soon as we got in the car. Had to heat them up when we got home. Unacceptable. The coffee was weak and watered down tasting. Pass on this place if you like hot food and good coffee.

First, the customer service is terrible here. This is my second time coming to this location and they don’t acknowledge you when you walk through the door. The staff does not care about the quality of your food/drinks. I specifically asked for an iced latte today and the girl handed me a blended frappe-like drink. After remaking my order to be correct the cup was handed to me with a lopsided and melted plastic bottom from the espresso. The “latte” tasted like straight up milk with overly sweet syrup. I went back inside for a 3rd time to ask if this is correct and she insisted it was. At this point I wanted to ask for my money back. The lattes are very weak and after 2 sips I ended up dumping it out. I’ve tried almost cafe in the state of RI and this place seems to only care about money.
