REALLY good coffee. These guys held it down during Covid. Little hidden gem in Lincoln.
My husband and I came in today 2/21/23, to order food to go. The front counter woman had the worst attitude ever. Asked for a drink that is currently on their menu no where does it say it's a summer drink only and received attitude. Went to order my breakfast and was met with an attitude again and being snapped at that they don't have bacon. When I called no more then 5 minutes later, and asked for a Manger I was met with no ones in right now can I take a message when is a Manger in idk can I take a message. All said with attitude. If you don't want to work in customer service or in the food industry quit. We are brand new to the area and I'm a small business that was looking to support another. I won't be back and I'll be sure to let my friends and family in the area not to come here either. Really disappointing that your employees are treating customers like they are a burden for wanting to spend money.
First time coming here on this freezing cold Saturday! Place was busy, but service was quick. We ordered the Nutella and snickerdoodle iced lattes and they were delicious! The bagel sandwiches are panini pressed which I loved! Burrito was also delicious!
It's decent coffee but I feel like they're a bit stingy. A large dirty chai only has one shot, a bagel egg & cheese only has one egg, and the food is bland. Inside it is very disorganized, it's hard to tell who has ordered or not and where the line is, ordering is not efficient. It's definitely better than Dunkin and it's better than other options around, but I'm a bit disappointed. The quality depends on who makes you coffee or food, it is hit and miss. There is no uniformity.

I love this cute and cozy cafe! The outdoor area is so lovely! They have so many delicious coffee varieties, and they have delicious baked goods!

Not sure what this Shane Whalen is talking about as far as this employee. I visited this coffee shop many times and the employee “Lily” was courteous, kind and competent. I received my order quickly and she was exceptionally sweet. In fact, I went there so I could experience her real CS. The food and small establishment were certainly not why I went as that was ordinary to say the least. Microwaved, soggy, food. Before someone lies and calls out an individual because they can on these platforms they may want to think about how their miserable attitudes would be rated. I don’t go there anymore because this employee is no longer there. But I’m sure wherever she went, they appreciate her kind, welcoming demeanor. Shame on you “Shane” for lying about this young person, esp when the fact is you couldn’t even fit your 5 family members in that tiny shop.
Came here for snickerdoodle iced coffee and the breakfast burrito… OMG was I blown away! Really tasty and delicious, we will definitely be making this place our coffee stop… BEST breakfast burrito, (and I’m sort of a burrito connoisseur!) ☺️☺️☺️
I can not express the unpleasant experience I had with this place and this was my first time visting this place. Although we considered coming back Lilly (I later found out her name)was rude and ill-mannered. Due to this it has steered us away. I visited here for the first time and I can over hear a conversation from one of the staff members talking about a customer had made it a very uncomfortable atmosphere for us all. While my family of 5 were trying to enjoy our time I can hear her laughing and commenting on a customer about her weight. Although she wasnt bluntly not saying it to her face she might as well have due to how loud she was. This was totally unprofessional and if she is not given the proper training your business will suffer. Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect and kindness regardless of the circumstance and age of the staff. I hope management will take my concern into consideration and address this the way its suppose to be as I wouldnt others in this case to feel the same way if not worse,

Owner doesn’t pay his employees.. guy owe everyone in the establishment over 3+ weeks of back pay & when asked for your money repeatedly, He fires you.

Just found this quaint gem, in Manville. Specialty coffee and teas. Homemade baked goods. A few menu items. All looked delicious. I love helping out small businesses
Best stop for morning coffee hands down. Service is bar none and the quality is too. Ps...cookies are amazing
