Place has slid since 2018 since Marleen quit her Manager’s position and since then place has been a slippery slope!! This is a shady business which does money laundering for several ILLEGAL businesses in Rhode Island,Massachusetts and Florida!!
Ever since the pandemic this coffee spot is not the same. The staff are not motivated, when your order your items they take longer than 5minutes. And the worse is them advertising their hours of operation. I hate the fact that the outside says it’s 24 hours which is not and when you call the voicemail it says they’re open until 11pm. I can drive by there around 9:40 and they’re closed.
Why are employees taking out mats and mopping behind order counter at 12:30 noon when there are customers lined up waiting for orders?

It's a okay place to buy coffee and the staff is somewhat helpful with ordering coffee. I have certainly been to a better bakery and coffee shops. If you don't mind standing for a long time waiting in line and their is no free coffee samples available to try before you buy a full size cup of coffee then you will come to this place.
There food is always cooked to order, employees are friendly and helpful if you have questions about ingredients & there prices are moderate.

Worst customer services ever, skinny employee with ombré hair threw my credit card at my pregnant wife.
Love this place! You can get something for each meal of the day and ice cream! The coffee speciality drinks are fantastic! Prices are cheap and staff is friendly and helpful! Would come here everyday if i lived closer!
This is horrible place came in today at 3;30 the guy with glasses and the women bad customer service if you don’t like your job don’t work and don’t give attitude to the customer that’s just trying ti buy ice cream this please need to update with their workers bad attitude bad place

I drives thru for a hot cappuccino with almond milk.. I came home and open the cup cause it taste awful.. they gave me a hot white water tasteless.. I called but no answer

nah nah cuz they advertising rlly is cap. the OUTSIDE of their building says “24 hour drive thru” .. not specifying it’s only on friday & saturday &&&& when their hours are listed to close at 11pm (and is stated when you call them) they told us they’re closed at 10:00 ???? we pulled up cuz the sign in their window said Open.. then when my boyfriend went inside to order they locked the door and turned the sign off w no reasoning. when my bf showed the worker the hours online he responded “we’re just closed.” i don’t usually write bad reviews but this has happened more than once.. had to let the ppl know.
Got 4 ice creams and a shake. Toppings that were requested not added on. Hurried us away like the faster you are out here the better. No one behind us , the place was not busy. Too bad because the ice cream is good but service is not.
Worst customer service. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told “one second”, I waited for 10 minutes before someone took my order and the place was empty. I ordered 2 lattes, which took 5 minutes to order because the person did not know what they were doing. They then asked out loud “do you know how to make one?” Which I thought they were asking me, turns out no one in the store knew what they were doing. I pull up to the window and see the younger guy with glasses having trouble using the espresso machine. The older guy then tried to help and they couldn’t figure it out, so they decide to hand me 2 ice coffees instead (which tasted worse than anything I’ve ever had and was also not what I ordered). Before paying, I asked if the drinks had espresso because I knew they didn’t, and the guy lied and said yes. Anyone that knows what a latte looks like would know that these were not lattes. A latte is mainly milk with either 1/2 espresso shots. I honestly didn’t have the energy to deal with them after the horrible experience so I just paid and left hoping the iced coffees would at least be tasty. Waste of my time and money. I wouldn’t bother giving these people any business.

Best coffee shake around. It always tasted better at 4 a.m. on the way home from a long night at the bar. Not gonna lie it's very disappointing that they are no longer open 24 hours. Get there before midnight I believe
