I love sitting outside in the peaceful and lovely gardens . Great coffee and service ! Unfortunately , the restroom is in dire need of regular cleaning and will no longer stop by for coffee :( due to the vile odor, dirt and grime, risk of some sort of illness, and the structure (walls, radiator, closet) literally falling apart around me . Yesterday, I noticed the ant traps and the dying ants around it in full view. I want to feel like a valued customer and will return when it is completely cleaned up.
Got a Lavender and Honey flavored tea with a Green tea base. Loved the outdoor seating area! Unique decor. Inside wasn't very well-lit.
Great coffee. It can be very crowded. They need a new building or remodeling.
I love their coffee! Everyone is nice and helpful. Hanged out for an hour and they have wifi.
Indoor and outdoor seating. Very casual with excellent coffees and light breakfast fare like scones and sandwiches. What I love most is the subscription delivery of fresh roasted coffee every month💕

Theee best scones I have ever had! And I am not even a scone person but oh man was it delicious. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast sandwich and coffee, I would honestly come to Rhode Island for this place oh so good! Did I mention the shop alone is an Oasis ? Lucky residents who live near! This would easily be my go to breakfast.
One of the local shopkeepers let us in on this secret while we were visiting from NY. I got the Campfire Latte which was the *best* cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I went back every day while we were in RI. Their gluten free maple donut was epic, too!

I've driven right past this past place hundreds of times, never knew it was there. I needed to get starbucks out of my life. Mission accomplished, I found a local, better source in Dave's. Thank you
If I could give 0 stars I would. We were traveling through and stopped for a morning latte. The Expresso we got was in no way fresh. It tasted like the coffee was brewed days ago and left in a fridge. The smoked maple flavor was way over powering and was all smoke and no maple. We've tried many coffee places around this country and this place was bottom 3 for sure. And $28 for 3 of these lattes became painful when we just threw them away.
Dave's coffee is a robust taste of heaven. Whether you choose a latte, cappuccino or cold brew, you will be delighted. This quaint establishment also has baked goods made on the premises. I recommend the giant blueberry muffins or large chocolate chip cookies. Their coffee is brought to the store from their own roasting warehouse. A vast variety of coffees are also for sale by the bag and ground to your liking for you if you choose. Grab your coffee and sit inside with wifi or stroll through the gorgeous grounds around this old red house. Whatever you choose to drink, eat or sit, you are bound to leave smiling.
Got just a coffee and muffins. I was expecting more of the coffee as they serve their own roasted beans. I think that the beans are roasted quite dark, so they should brew coarser and at lower temp so the resulting coffee drink is less bitter and instead sweet. Maybe Dave's could consider Ground Control machines, they seem to be a good choice for brewing at scale with quality.
My girlfriend and I stopped on our way to the beach and wow, it’s incredible. Order their peanut butter chocolate chip donut, I promise you will not regret it. Best donut I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. My girlfriend liked her iced coffee too. Seems like a popular place. The shop has a cool vibe for indoor and outdoor seating too.
Dave's is the best coffee hands down. I think their lavender latte is the best in RI. Their bakery items if you get to Dave's early enough are 10/10 the blueberry muffins + egg sandwiches with pepper jelly are always fresh and delicious. The app is the best way to go when ordering ahead of time unless you are having a leisurely morning or afternoon. Parking isn't the best but you'll figure it out. Stop in and support a local business!
Lovely small local joint to get good coffee. Probably will have to wait on line but there were a lot of staff so it went quick. Excellent alternative to Starbucks. Coffee and muffin were excellent.
Best coffee around! Dave's Coffee is flavorful, smooth and full bodied. By far my favorite brand! We usually brew Dave's at home, but luckily we were in the area today and just had to get some fresh brew!
