The food was ok, but we wait a lot for the food to come.
Great place, first visit, but definitely not the last. Food and coffee were awesome. Great place, and a great atmosphere. Very professional service. Love it 💪🏼✌🏼
Took them 50 minutes to give me my order. The coffee came 24 minutes after ordered. The bad thing is that they had about 10 employees working and were unable to complete a single order. People inside were impatient and I saw my eggs traveling all over the store before making it to my table.
Coffee came fast and was great, but food took an hour to be prepared
Good place to just go relax have some delish coffee. Quite place if you want to do your work, have a conversation with your friends. Good food, and those macarons are everything ❤️
HAVE GONE THERE TWICE WITH MY DAUGHTER & GRANDSONS FOR BREAKFAST, AND BOTH TIMES THEY GAVE ME & MY DAUGHTER OUR COFFEE COLD AND THR BREAKFAST ABOUT 20MIN AFTER NEVER GAVE 1 OF MY GRANDSONS OATMEAL. LOVE THE PLACE BUT THE SERVICE NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON. THANK YOU 💛
Good coffee but salad and sandwiches were a disappointment. I order a goodmorning sandwich and it gave me a bad morning with wilted lettuce and unflavored egg fried hard. The bacon wasnt cooked thoroughly and the sandwich just wasnt built nicely. My wife ordered the tuna wrap and as much as you would think you cant ruin tuna it surely was the tuna was flavorless and watery with peppers and onion tossed in blandly. Maybe the cook needs to be retrained or needs to put some effort.
Coffee was great but they totally forgot our food! We waited about an hour and then the food arrived cold like it had been sitting.
I was in Ponce a few months ago and found this gem and had to go back! Just be careful because you will want 5 coffees after you try the first one. I had the breakfast wrap which you can also get at the drive thru. I literally craved this wrap and started to try to make it at home. Highly recommend to everyone to stop by!
The wait for breakfast was over an hour. Order waffle and eggs and the waiter found it normal to serve the eggs 30 minutes late and then the waffle 40 minutes late same dish served separate. Her response was it's ok to have served the eggs cause if anything they just need to warm it up upon the late arrival of the waffles. When asked why it the order took so long they said the waffle machine wasn't working yet they never bother to apologize or tell us wat was going on. We where a party of 10. This will have you loose recommendations in which you are really loosing over 50 clients. We where patient but the attitude of the employee was not good service at ALL.... HOPE you don't loose more clients. The location is great and the food.

Nice place with a lot of potential. However, it does have a huge flaw. The waiting time (during low volume customer flow) after you order is extra long. It happened twice to me in the last 5 months. Due to this big flaw I will not recommend Coffee House. Specially if you value your time or are on a lunch break.
Great coffee, there is a lot to choose from. Super friendly staff aswell.
We eat at this restaurant, the food taste is really good, and the service is excellent. The only thing they ca improve is in the portion of the food. I ordered a omelette and appears to be a tortilla and the portion of pastrami inside There were very small portion
Very relaxing to dine-in and placed order for breakfast for 3 people.. coffee was very flavorful and barrister is talented with designs with cream upon serving which came after 5 minutes …however, there was NO excuse for waiting for such a simple breakfast plate of eggs, bacon and toast for 98 minutes after order was placed… the seating are very limited for 3 or more people… and very slow to clean-up after, when larger table becomes available… outdoor tables are bothered with birds waiting to eat your leftovers…. Hopefully, there will be improvements to better serve customer…. Or you can do like others dining and bring a book for the wait….
We had to wait 50 minutes!!!!! for a veggie sandwich!!! We finished our coffees before the sandwich arrived. I don't think we'll come back.
