So convenient for me but this place fails to have drip coffee made or in stock more than half of the times Ive come here. I just don't understand it. I'd be happy to changey review if this improves.

I didn’t get her name, but there was a barista that helped me today with my drink and was being very kind and considerate because I wanted decaf and there wasn’t any so she was gonna make it for me. I was in a rush so I quickly responded with just asking for a hot regular coffee. Just wanted to say thank you for the assistance it was very appreciated!! Coffee was also excellent! Great place!!
The staff was friendly, the restaurant was very clean, the drinks and food were delicious and ready quickly. Try the breakfast grilled cheese!
The smoothie that I had was bitter.
Waited 15 minutes for a $5 cup of foam. Would have been ok with the wait if they actually served me a cappuccino like I had ordered.
To us it is just a dream😭😭😭
Saxbys west chester is, dare i say, the best saxbys in the nation. everything i order is exquisite. staff is super firendly. atmosphere is great. never a long line like a certain coffee chain located a few hundred feet away. today i ordered the chai cold brew and i audibly went "oh my god" after sipping it, in public and alone. the iced dark chocolate mocha is also divine. my toes curl every time. live laugh love saxbys.

Great place for coffee. So happy to see them open again. Cold Brew is my go-to choice. Bagel sandwiches are fresh, made-to-order.

Most of the workers are very kind college students. The coffee is just ok, but it has a great atmosphere.

Coffee is really good. It's lame that I need to have decaf espresso these days but they make it taste like actual coffee instead of gross and burnt which is skilled. Highly recommend. Especially for WCU students as it is right there. Staff is very friendly too. Thanks Saxby's.
Slow service and nasty smoothie. I really wish a food truck was open on this Sunday morning.

Coffee is so good but I felt uncomfortable going there cause one, a group of white females kept starring at me and whispering as if I can’t read lips. Yeah I’m African American and I like coffe too don’t mean I won’t step. Just didn’t feel comfortable in that environment and most likely not coming back. Very good coffe and customer service though 🥰.
Waited 30 minutes to get a breakfast burrito. Meanwhile the 20 people behind me get there food on time. Finally get it and the order is wrong. Unfortunately for me I had to run to my next class so I didn’t see till I got there. Coffee is good. But if you want food you have better luck driving down the road to the WaWa
