Great place for breakfast and lunch. Place is very clean and owners are super friendly. Everything I've eaten here has been great. They have an awesome selection of pastries as well. My new "go to" when in Wellsboro!
Great coffee! One stop shop for panini, coffee, and açaí bowl. The açaí bowl exceeded my expectations!

We stopped in on a whim on the first day of our spring 2022 trip and loved it so much we returned once per day! Great food, delicious coffee, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot if you want a cup (and delicious pastry!) on the go or if you are looking for a spot to sit and hang out.

Arise Cafe is a burst of sunshine. Delicious food. My husband and I ordered Wraps and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Owner and staff were very friendly. The cafe was clean and welcoming. We will definitely eat here again.
Friendly service, good wraps and top notch coffee. We were staying in Wellsboro to canoe Pine Creek and were looking for sandwiches to pack for lunch. We showed up around 7:30am, got a coffee (better than Starbucks) and wraps and cookies to go. Good fresh ingredients, our favorite was the chicken bacon ranch wrap. The wraps made a great lunch for our canoe trip and the cookies were a yummy dessert. I'd recommend Arise Cafe for anyone looking to pick up a lunch for a canoe trip or bike ride! I'd recommend the cafe advertise packing lunches for people in town for bike rides or canoe/rafting trips.
Bright, spacious and welcoming place. The lady who seems to be the owner was very friendly and warm. We ordered a cheeseburger, cesaer salad, and a ham and cheese panini and the food were all delicious. We also got Chai latte and a Cafe au lait and they were soooo good. Highly recommend! I want to go back to try out their breakfast menu.

Great spot for doing work or simply enjoying a coffee. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Got a hazelnut latte and my partner got a strawberry blueberry smoothie. Both were made to perfection and not overly sweet which can especially happen with smoothies. 10/10
Great food. Nice decor. Great location right next to the gym. So glad Wellsboro finally had its own dedicated coffee shop
Arise is such a lovely friendly place! My caramel latte was perfect as usual, and the atmosphere is super welcoming.
A great Cafe to hang out, grab some food, and enjoy some hot drinks. Great staff always there to help you out. They use local small business coffee beans which is a huge plus. Would recommend to locals and tourists alike. 👍👍
