I’m not sure why I keep coming back here…. The service is terrible…. So slow. Before the online ordering it was better. They are so impersonal now… sad
Super inefficient location, baristas are "losing" orders all the time (has happened to me 3 times now). And even when they don’t lose your drink, you're still waiting up to 40 minutes for a latte.
Good food and drinks, great atmosphere, only downside is that it is so popular that it takes a while to get your drink
Ordered a hot latte and a muffin totaling $9, the latte was cold, bland and too much foam. I drank about 75% foam until I finally reached coffee. The muffin had little to no taste. Bumped it up from a 2 to a 3 because props to the students, super hard working.
So slow. Out of the 5 times I’ve gone here they’ve “lost” my order 3 times. You guys need a better system for orders. it’s ridiculous how inefficient this place is

The MatéSpritz made my eyebrows shoot up! It was like drinking Smarties until I realized I needed to mix it with my tea. Delicious! The students working are amazing and efficient and very friendly. The green grilled cheese rocks!
Good coffee but Frequently can take 20-30 minutes to get a coffee order. Not properly staffed for the number of people being served which yields frequent mistakes.
I know students just came back, but it shouldn't take 30 minutes for a latte. Please please please hire more people or get more machines or something, the current system isn't working. Also the latte was just ok.
Idk why they have 3.9 stars, but I’ve literally tried every coffee shop in state college and this is by far THE BEST ONE. Even though their tater tots are soggy, their breakfast sandwiches, avocado toasts, and most importantly the coffee is so good!!
very disappointed. I ordered a burrito, in which I had to wait over 20 minutes for, and not only did I replace an ingredient and they charged me extra, but it was supposed to come with tater tots and there was no tater tots in sight. eggs were also undercooked. NEVER AGAIN, so sad about my tater tots tbh. the workers r nice atleast
Food took 3 minutes and came out ice cold.
Ordered a BBLT and substituted the dairy-free garlic herb spread in place of mayo which was a $0.75 upcharge. The bagel was tough and the garlic herb spread that was an additional $0.75 was virtually non-existent. Total cost for sandwich was $9.12 - definitely not worth the money.
Love it! It's fresh and modern with plenty of options. The prices are a bit higher than their competitors, but you're getting quality products and helping create employment opportunities for students.

Excellent coffee and good sandwiches. I am in love with the oatmeal raisin cookie as well.
Tastes as good as Starbucks, but the font size on the menu is really small
