I was definitely too harsh on this place and the owners. I offer my sincerest apologies to all. I understand the food business is not my area of expertise and I pray you will forgive me.

Don’t call this place unless you want to be ignored every time. The owner would constantly yell at us to say “he’s not there and take a message” even if he was there. He also would yell and get in our face if we slightly messed up. He got mad and flipped over text, when I put my two weeks in ( I have screenshots). Very unprofessional. Our checks bounce all the time for insignificant funds. Overall a very disappointing place to work at. They have a big infestation and a mouse infestation as well.

My wife and I stopped by yesterday for lunch. Food at the Well is excellent but not the reason for this post. Staff is exceptional. I wish I could remember the names of the two waitresses who served us (went back few weeks later, Taylor was the awesome waitress) They were super sweet and a lot of fun to interact with. Thank you so much for the Rachel, it made for a great dinner last night. The Well is now on our “go to” list.

Excellent meal, drinks and service. The owner is very attentive, stopped by several times to see that we were enjoying everything.

The Brisket-Gouda sandwich is awesome! It's moist, meaty, wonderfully smoky and delicious! Beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Service is somewhat slow so if you're in a time crunch, call your order ahead. Serving staff is very friendly. It's a wonderful place to relax with friends and enjoy a leisurely meal. Also great for business lunches as you can have a private table for meetings and discussions.

Burnt & over cooked & cold food!!! Very slow service-- extra long wait for food. Worst meal in the area

The coffee was good and fresh. However it is inside another business that feels like a fancy restaurant. I probably won't seek this coffee shop out but may come in for a bite to eat some time to try the restaurant food.

I don’t know when we will be back, because I don’t know if overcharging is done on purpose! Ordered 2 glasses of Wilcox wine got charged for Deercreek, which is $2 a glass more. I called her on it and she said “Oh it’s side by side on the cash register! My mistake!” Yep! Sweetie! Your mistake might have cost you a lot of customers! We know a lot of people! And I don’t know what you are pulling! You had a total of 6 customers when we were there. You were NOT busy! Your mistake is going to cost The Well a pretty penny. Better watch what your people are doing! Oh, but she got her 20% tip! Which should not have happened!

What a gem of a restaurant. The Well and The Titusville Mill are one of the same. Nice menu, full bar, and great friendly service. The Monroe St Salad was incredibly delicious! I happened to find this spot while traveling through and was not disappointed. I will definitely stop back if I ever drive through again.

My husband and I were delighted to discover this cozy coffee shop! The service was above and beyond, the atmosphere one of the best in Crawford County, and my husband testified the breakfast burrito was one of the best he’s ever tasted. Family friendly, perfect for dates, unique food and drinks. It’s a must-visit!

If you haven't been here, you've been missing out! The food, ambiance and coffee ☕️ is excellent! I had the smoked brisket hash and eggs, and Ruthann(my wife)had the western omelet. Prices aren't too expensive either. Great food, good price.

We attended a private party and it was a great experience. We re-booked for next year that same night. The food was great and the staff had the best sense of humor and were so pleasant and atmosphere was amazing!!! Hats off to Joe and his staff. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Highly recommend for your next private or work gathering.

It's a cool place right off the bat. I'm not sure how I would describe the interior. It's old industrial. But the food...my goodness. I just got a sandwich and salad and it was really good!! It wanted to go back the next day but they weren't open. I will go back next time I'm in Titusville though.
