The bubble tea is good, the boba is rather chewy. the service was ridiculously slow for the place being almost empty. The person making the tea was rather surly.
They weren't busy at all but it still took 15 minutes to get 2 drinks and the woman working there had a really bad attitude. The Strawberry milk tea tasted like it had flowers in it. Glad we were only passing through the area so we never have to come here again.
Definitely the best bubble tea place in State College, the prices are better than at Kung Fu and Momotaro, and the bubble tea is made with better and more fragrant tea. Plus they have absolutely delicious crepe cakes!

Tapioca isn’t that good but they have a lot of really good flavors and topping options. I always get the banana milk tea with Oreo and the wonderful wizard is pretty good too. I’ve also tried the okinawa and it was pretty good but I would definitely stick with the banana in the future. My friend tried the Oreo creme brulee drink and it was not good, he couldn’t finish it.
Crepe cakes are delicious! But, unfortunately, they are not served throughout the summer months.
My best friend loves the herbal jelly topping here. So I was disappointed when they ran out of it after I ordered and finished paying at the cashier.
Cafe Wow is my go-to bubble tea place in downtown State College, the two workers are efficient and extremely respectful, and the boba itself is top-tier. Would highly recommend.
Nice selection and friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and the boba is great. However you should make sure that the staff repeat your order back to you to make sure that you actually get boba in your drink!
Cafe Wow is amazing they have diffrent drink choices and the food is amazing. Their team is very sweet and are hard workers.
This place has yummy brown sugar milk tea! I would definitely recommend the Oreo version of that drink. Service is quick and efficient. There is no dine inside at the moment but you can order ahead or use a kiosk upon entry.
Very disappointing. Nutella crepe cake was totally bland and, assuming it actually contained Nutella, it must have been a trace amount. Expensive junk.
Best place to get takoyaki with Bobba tea. Really nice match. I miss their cakes as they have been out of them for a while. Their cake is really good too.
Very unprofessional and late. Came for 3 days straight but bubbles were not ready till 12:45 but they open at 11:30 AM
Waitress seemed very irritated, the pearls were very tough, and the tea was premade. Only upside is that the place is very clean and the drink (pomegranate green tea w/ pearls) was done in under 30 seconds.
Excellent selection of milk tea and really good takoyaki. Also, very convenient order kiosks that make customization easy.

My favorite place for bubble tea in State College. They make their milk tea so that it's a nice texture, yet the cream doesn't smother the flavor of the tea. And the quality is really consistent. The one missing star is because they frequently close shop unexpectedly. There have been many times when I wanted to get bubble tea with friends or family and we walked up to their door, only to find that they were closed for the day without explanation. But their tea is so good that I can't stay mad at them. Just find another day to go again... Café Wow allows you to change the amount of sugar added, which is great if you prefer less sweet drinks. (The no-sugar option is still a little sweet because there's a syrup added separately from the sugar.)
Was visiting State College for kids sporting event, daughter really wanted bubble tea, found this place. Lots of options, all items we tried were good.
