Such a beautiful place to celebrate and relax! We went for our friends' wedding this weekend & it was the best venue! Being surrounded by nature with the log cabin/rustic aesthetic was so peaceful. The rooms were great and the lodge/common area was the perfect spot for the wedding party to hang out at before/after the ceremony. The only tiff we had was that on the website and welcome binder in the rooms stated that the pool/hot tub were open 24hrs. We were all obviously excited for this- hoping to be able to swim after festivities... But that wasn't the case. We were told after the fact that the hours only pertained to B&B guests and it was only 9am-6pm for event guests! For everyone in the wedding party, including bride and groom; we got screwed because we were busy that entire time. A huge bummer that they should clarify for guests beforehand.

Highly recommended! A quiet, peaceful place to stay with great accommodations, a wonderful local menu, and epic breakfasts by their chef.

The cabins are PERFECT for couples. Completely adorable and spotless! Newer and clean smelling. Sturdy king sized beds and chairs. Gas fireplace in excellent condition. Remote control heat/AC units. Locked doors by key or electronic keypad. Very secure. I-home charging unit for iPhone. Aesthetically pleasing. Heated bathroom floors and adequate shower space for a cabin (smaller but as it would be again for a cabin). Soap and shampoo/conditioner included. Coffee pot and microwave with small fridge. Short drive to the Cafe up the hill but within walking distance. Beautiful skylights throughout to see the stars at night. Very well built and gorgeous! We will be back for sure!

Oak Lodge is such a beautiful venue! The chapel, reception space, and outdoor dancefloor is perfect for photographs. It has so many picturesque spots that make amazing wedding portraits. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue with a rustic but modern feel, it truly is a getaway in the mountains! From the moment I arrived, the staff was so helpful and amazing and super accommodating.

Husband and I went to Oak lodge for a over nighter. As soon as we pulled up the driveway we knew we would love it! The cabins are cozy, and romantic. Fireplace, wet bar and the jet tub topped it off. Pool and hot tub felt amazing. Grounds are beautiful. Can't wait to go back.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend at the main lodge and absolutely loved it. The rooms were beautiful, well-appointed, and we loved having the whole 4-bedroom space to ourselves. We each got a facial and massage - the spa rooms were gorgeous. The cafe is a delight. Casual but excellent food. We loved the whole area and talked about bringing our families back in the summer.

Oak Lodge is definitely one of my favorite wedding venues! The property is gorgeous and has endless photo opportunities. The fern covered woods and rock overlook are two locations I always love to capture. The log cabin chapel adds a unique rustic element to the wedding day and guests seem to love it. I would not hesitate to book Oak Lodge for your wedding day if this is the vibe you're going for!

Oak Lodge is a gem. My wife and I stayed for a wedding a couple weekends back and we’re very pleasantly surprised at how nice and relaxing the entire property is. The cabin was perfect. Clean. Extremely cozy. We definitely will be back with smiles on our faces. Oak Lodge will be our local go to for weekend getaways.

We only ate there. Outdoor seating under roof. Walk up to order. Server brought food. Food was very good, will go back. Is a remote venue in Jimburg. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Oak Lodge is a one of a kind experience, and once you’re there you never want to leave! We booked our July 2022 wedding with Oak Lodge and couldn’t be happier with our choice on venue. Not only is the property absolutely stunning, but the people that work there make the experience that much better. Matt, Alyssa & Connie are the dream team for making your wedding day run smoothly. So many guests at our wedding complimented the venue and the people working our wedding. The servers and bartenders were also constantly checking on my husband and I to see if we needed anything and making sure we had a drink in our hand. Michelle from the spa was also amazing, and the sweetest human I have ever met. By the end of our time at Oak Lodge, we felt like we had gained some friends and will defiantly be back to visit!

Oak Lodge is a gem - a delicious and reasonably priced one at that! Tucked back in the woods, the cafe atmosphere was perfect for my wife and I. Outdoor seating under an umbrella. Even in the winter, they have a natural gas fireplace and overhead heated outdoor corridors. The space is so inviting and beautiful. Got a tasty shrimp taco (that I needed only one of) for $7. Could have gone into the $20 range for steak and others, but lots of unique and well-priced options. Their beer battered pretzels looked like buckeyes, tasted amazing, and were far too numerous to finish with dinner. We shared a crème brûlée to top it all off (and couldn't eat the rest of the night)! With the friendly staff, this place must be awesome for weddings, which is why the cafe is only opened from Tuesday through Thursday. You won't regret this choice!

BEAUTIFUL! I stayed in a cabin over a weeknight and had the best time! Beautiful cabin and property. We took a walk around the trails and the village. The food was AMAZING! Dinner and breakfast! Those dessert maple fries were so good! Syrup is also amazing and they sell it for a great price in the gift shop. Everyone was friendly and we will for sure be making another trip again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Oak Lodge for a wedding taking place on property. Accommodations: We got to stay in the moose themed Cabin 10 and it was wonderful. You have a screened porch with rocking chairs. As you walk in you are hit with the smell of white pine and mountain air. Climate controlled with a gas fireplace. There is a wet bar with a small fridge. The bathroom is enormous with a whirlpool tub. Unfortunately I think we were the first to stay in this cabin since the lockdown because when we turned the whirlpool on the jets were a little gunky. The shower is amazing with HOT water. We had no issues with water pressure or temperature. And the floors in the bathroom are heated. Glamping at its finest. Chef John is amazing. We were early arrivals so we were able to have family breakfast with the groom’s family and chef John took care of us. Excellent food and conversation. You can get maple anything and he made fresh sausage for breakfast for the whole party. The wedding venue was excellent. Delicious food in a rustic atmosphere. Despite the rustic surroundings the venue was able to pull off the brides elevated vision. Impressive place. Definitely on our list for mountain getaways. Wish we had more time to explore historic Stahlstown. Be warned though that the cabins and property are built on a mountaintop with topography to match. We had such a wonderful stay.
