Absolutely amazing! I got a Lavender White Mocha, tasted sooo good! Kristen was our barista and such a sweetie :) Gave as great recommendations as it was our first time there! Will definitely be back again!!

Absolutely love this little coffee shack! My work travels take me to Shippensburg, and I always make sure to stop by. The cold brew is smooth and has good flavor... I drink my coffee black, so this is especially important to me! Along with great coffee, the service is beyond exceptional, and one of the main reasons I choose to go to Java Shack over the chain cafés in the area. The owner, Hannah, really takes time to get to know her customers, even down to their regular orders. Can’t say enough good things about Java Shack!!

The coffee leaves a lot to be desired. I took to ordering an Americano, which consists of simply Expresso and Hot water. Unfortunately, the WATER was the predominant flavor in their Americano. Seeking to remedy that the next time I ordered I requested 4 shots of espresso, which brought it up to the somewhat bitter flavor that was expected. Trying some of their specialty drinks, finding the flavor or coffee was still an issue, often the specialty drinks taste like warm ice cream solution due to the amount of sugar added. Coffee shops either survive on atmosphere or if the coffee is exceptional. Unfortunately this establishment lacks either quality. I cannot recommend it at this time. As many other locations provide a superior product...Either at home, or simple gas station brew. This place may improve with time and a change in coffee beans.

Highly recommend Java Shack! Coffee here is delicious and very good quality. Hannah does an amazing job! If you are local and like getting coffee regularly make sure you check out the mug club membership, it's worth it!
Great coffee and good customer service
This was the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I had to throw 99% of it away. On the other hand, the ladies behind the counter were very polite and helpful. But the coffee itself was horrible.
The employees are very friendly. The coffee is good and fast service! I go there at least once a week.
