Small cafe, but that's part of the reason it's amazing. Family owned and operated. The women taking your order are doing it all! Made to order coffees and food. Quality coffee (La Columbe) and the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic! If you like a little spice, you can get any sandwich spicy. It's an amazing sauce. Prices are very reasonable too 😉

The place was super nice and was hidden in the Silo plaza. The drinks were good. Muffins were good just a little dry.

Could not have a better local Cafe. The vibe here is great, food is awesome the coffee varieties are great and didn't forget the bubble tea. The owner is a delight and is very friendly. Stop on in and experience a great island vibe!

I am lucky and live across the street from The Pulse Cafe. I had free time today so I checked it out. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The owner, Alicia, was also kind and friendly. I ordered the Spicy brisket and cheese made non spicy. I also had the lobster bisque. The atmosphere has an island vibe and a cozy feeling. If you like homemade, delicious food, (my late hubby was an amazing cook, so I know delicious) I recommend. The Pulse Cafe. Welcome to the neighborhood Alicia

Very unique cafe with a Caribbean vibe. Very friendly and the ice coffee was wonderful. My only complaint was price. Generally this area is middle class and the price doesn’t fit our budget but overall a nice place.

If you’re looking for some delicious coffee, homemade breakfast, and real fruit smoothies (not flavored syrup) - this is the spot! Everything we’ve ordered off the menu has not only been good, but delicious! Everything is made with care and you can sense the difference. The owner is so kind and compassionate. She will put a smile on your face! Highly recommend!

Great coffee and fun atmosphere! I have been enjoying The Pulse Cafe since they were a small drive-thru in Bernville. Finally got to go to their new place on 183 south of Reading Airport and I was not disappointed. Can't wait to go again!

Ordered food and a drink for my daughter today and boy do I wish I ordered some for myself. The drink which was the salted caramel mocha slushy was amazing, I almost kept it for myself. The sandwich was the breakfast sandwich on waffles was also amazing. We will definitely be going again and I will be sure to order some for myself this time. You will NOT be disappointed!!!! Job well done ladies, thank you

For a very small Cafe it is a warm and personable experience. They are very accommodating and their food is exceptional. One that stood out in our mind was the lentil beef soup. Superb and not overpriced.

What a beautiful and cozy place! I absolutely loved it, and this is going to be one of my go-tos from now on! I love the fact that it’s woman and POC owned, and the owners are so kind and sweet. I really recommend that you come here. I got a croissant BEC and a lavender latte and it was delicious! I really love the music and the atmosphere because it makes you feel like you aren’t in Berks county, but instead a warm and welcoming place. I really cannot put into words how much I love this place, and it’s only my first visit, but I like how it feels focused on creating a third space, where community can be formed. I applaud the owners and I can see all of their efforts that are being put into this place. Definitely telling all of my friends about it because we need to support and protect this place at all costs, it’s truly a hidden gem in the area!

I came here visiting friends. This place has a great atmosphere, and the prices are very reasonable compared to Dunkin or Starbucks. The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly! I tried their homemade Lobster Curry with Rice and plantains and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend of you want a coffee, breakfast or lunch! I'd 100% come here again when I'm back in the area!
