I can't say enough about this place!! The food was excellent. The service is on point!
Pricing has gone up . This is a rural community. Used to be the place to go for a good meal that was reasonable priced. Prices have gone up , ie, not even french fries included with an entree. Used to be long lines on weekends not any more.
Very warming welcoming people the food was great I suggest the breakfast tacos 🌮 😋 very delicious the waitress was very attentive our go to breakfast spot
The place has definitely taken a downward turn. Was the place to go for a great local affordable meal. Is now WAY OVERPRICED. Entrees you are charged for extras which were Normal part of the meal. We do not live in the big city we are a rural community. This restaurant used to draw big crowds, standing in lines on the weekends, not now. Wonder 🤔 why$$$$$
This was a place that was out of this world. Went here for years, the food was excellent and the prices were great. Went to celebrate my daughters birthday and the food was terrible. The prices are through the roof. Will never go here again.

Please start selling containers of that garlic butter you use to grill your buns.. that stuff is amazing! Whether you're looking for something simple,. Or something more... this is the place to go.. I NEVER have any complaints coming here like I do other restaurants.. nothing is ever served cold... served burnt.. everything is always made with perfection... we love this place and we will be coming more often! Ps.. if you're looking for something to take along fishing.. or hiking.. check out their subs... they are better than any local pizza place! That's for sure! No processed garbage on their subs.. they use real ham and real turkey.. they have small all the way up to extra large! Perfect for parties! Their mock lobster is great! They smoke their own meats right there and always have something new on the menu! Their breakfast is also really good! It's an all around great restaurant ♡ Thank you all

Red Lion has some of the best food in the area! They have a variety of things on their menu.. from burgers, wings.. to surf n turf.. they grill the burger buns in a delicious garlic butter... this time I'm praising them for taking our late call, literally the day before, 6 pizzas and 2 cakes for our coworker at Guilfords 40th birthday party! I honestly don't know what we would've done without them! We got 2 cakes, chocolate with peanut butter icing... they were moist and flavorful .. we also got 2 Hawaiian pan pizzas..REAL ham.. loaded with toppings.. everything was sooooo good! Next time, we will be ordering their XL subs.. with they make with their own real baked ham and their own REAL oven roasted turkey ... I can't say enough good things about this restaurant.. if you haven't been here, you MUST go check them out! Thanks again! We all appreciate you guys! Xo

This was our first time at this restaurant and it will not be our last, glad we found it by accident this morning..We had their breakfast and it was the best breakfast we have had in a LONG time, if not the best we have ever had.. wait staff was so friendly and the owner Cheryl was super sweet. 10/10
Got a table pretty quickly, food was out in less than an half hour, and it tasted great. The place had a certain type of swiftness, one that makes it an enjoyable place to be. All around positive.
The main courses as well as the sides were all very delicious and the temperature of all of the food was perfect!
The food is really good. I had the pork chops, mashed potatoes, corn, apple sauce n bread roll. I been going there since I was a kid. They have the best subs ever.
Recently stayed at an Airbnb with friends/family very close to the red lion and after 20 minutes of google map searching we decided to stop in for breakfast, and it may have been the best decision we made that day. Everybody we met inside weather they were staff or customers were super nice and friendly. The restruants itself was like a step back to 1982 with a few modern touches, but still had a very homey, country, laid back feel to it. The inside also included a bar, game room, and plenty of seating. After speaking to one of the amazing staff we learned that they have been family owned and operated for over 60 years with most of the original staff. But the best part of the red lion was the quality, portions, and taste of their food. Almost everything there from breakfast, to sandwiches, to dinner, to pizza is made homemade with fresh ingredients and is apparent with how good it tasted. We actually went back later for dinner! I would absolutely come back anytime of the day(and we live almost 2 hours away) to enjoy their food again. There aren't many places left that care about their food and service like they do in this day and age, I appreciate being able to experience such hospitality. Goldmine dinning frozen in time!
