Great outdoor sitting! Perfectly tucked neighborhood location. Great for people watching and just chilling.
If you’re a person of color I suggest you find a coffee shop that welcomes you. This location is extremely prejudice. As soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted and when the cashier saw me she immediately went to the back so she wouldn’t have to take my order leaving me to stand there for minutes while they carried on their conversation. Two white people came in after me and were immediately greeted and orders taken . To put the icing on the cake the basically slammed my coffee on the table when it was done. Will never be back
I stopped in for a coffee while my husband walked to pick up something. They've made me several decaf americano, which I sip slowly and enjoy to the last drop! The team is so gracious and friendly! I like their baked goods too.
I come here every few weeks when I’m in Philly visiting family and I always stop here for a cappuccino. The quality of their espresso is consistent, my cappuccino is consistently smooth and balanced. Friendly and quick service.
Make a damn good cup of coffee in a joint that feels like home. Seating can be sparse and maybe the baked goods were made yesterday or the day before. Kind service.
I usually go to this location. Today the manager was there and he had a terrible attitude towards the working staff. It was palpable even as a customer. Don’t want to support a company with management that is hostile towards other staff. He needs to have a humbling experience that will ground him in respect and gratitude towards others (not management material). won’t be back.

Beautiful corner coffee shop with decent out side seating. Has great iced coffee and some tasty snacks.
Every detail was wonderful. My first time in Philly was met with friendly faces around every corner and this place made the start of my last day great- it was the first time I had a heart in my foam ☺️

Honestly probably the best place to get a consistently delicious cup of drip coffee in the city. I find rival coffee shops here to be a bit too acidic and varying in quality/taste, while Ultimo is always smooth and consistent in quality. If I’m nearby, I go out of my way to stop here.
Coffee is good, but I can’t bring my dog inside so you lost two stars, but overall super nice coffee shop and the vibes are good unless you have a doggo then the vibes aren’t fun.
One of my top 5 favorite places to get coffee in Philadelphia. One complaint: they're always out of chocolate croissants! The coffee is strong and whatever milk they use for their drinks, it is delicious and addictive.
Reliably delicious espresso and coffee in general. Good amount of outdoor seating and the staff is pretty friendly too. Pastries are good and if I want a quick pick me up, this is where you’ll most likely find me.
Edit: they're pricing their case now, +1 star! Good coffee, wonderfully efficient & polite service, excellent sweet stuff. Ultimo gets their pastries from Dottie's Donuts several days a week, which almost always sell out, but there are also a few sleepers hidden in the non-Dottie's fare, such as the zucchini bread and apricot bars. My two major criticisms are the lack of signage on some of the products in their pastry case, making it difficult to judge what some things are / how much they cost, and that there are not enough plus-sized options for the drip coffee. As a result, I'll still get the cheaper 16oz cup from the nearby Wawa if I'm not craving a Dottie's, and don't feel like I'm truly missing anything when I do. 3 stars.
They have some really good lemon bars here. Great atmosphere. Perfect little neighborhood coffee shops.
