Good coffee, cute little space to get some work done. Couple of pastries and hummus toasts to snack on.
I first had their coffee by staying at a BnB just outside of Gettysburg. Loved it there, and was not dissappointed by the source either. You can get the frilly bean, and all the cold stuff, but for a straight up good cup of coffee, get Revolver.
Adorable spot. Coffee is sadly, not great.
I’m at the coffee shop now— I had a matcha latte. The first one came out with a pretty design on top but it was lukewarm right when I went to get it. I brought it back up to the counter and mentioned that (“so sorry! This one is a bit lukewarm - is it possible to get a warmer one?) — the second one was made- it was clear the barista was irritated when she yelled out the second drink. The second was nice and hot but the matcha wasn’t blended, the drinks weren’t made the same way (it looked like she slapped it together without really blending it or putting the design on top) and when I got a sip of it, there was way too much matcha in it. I brought both back to the counter and ended up leaving. Super disappointing service.
Grabbed Great cup of coffee and almond Danish.
Good coffee, tasty pastries, calm atmosphere. I would go back if I'm ever in the neighborhood again.
Love the coffee and tea, friendly staff, fast Wi-Fi and comfy chairs. Couldn’t ask for more!!
What can you say. It's Amazing and crowded but every sip was fresh and bam delicious. I just order regular coffee and added yah know the fresh cream and raw sugar. It Was so pure my body knew it was real ingredients. 😂
Their Macchiato is so good!
Love their ice latte! Parking is hard though
I Absolutely Love the hummus toast❤️
Excellent coffee and matcha tea. Also liked the peanut butter jam sandwich.
Great place, love getting coffee here.
Nice coffee shop near Rittenhouse Square and not far from the Schuykill River. That’s all amongst the community homes right on Lombard Street, I’m sure the space is a neighborhood favorite. We were lucky to pass by when they weren’t too busy and grabbed some fresh roasted cups of hot Joe. Great service from the baristas and the coffee was delicious.
Tucked away in a in quiet spot, they have good drinks and pastries.
Love this local place! Need to make sure and ask that the lattes are extra hot. The people there are so nice
Great neighborhood coffee house! I've purchased Rival Bros beans from Whole Foods, but was in the city today and wanted to try one of their two South Philly cafes. It was smaller than I expected but very cozy. Easy parking on a Saturday afternoon. The coffee was very good and cheap! I pay about $2 more per drink at my local coffee shop in Bucks County. They don't even charge extra for flavors in a latte which is unheard of. I had a hot brown sugar latte and my wife had the same thing iced. Both were good, but the iced version was out of this world! Well done, guys.
Was given half a cup of coffee for $5. Absolutely disappointed to see that this coffee shop has just people working on laptops, with no drink. And people who actually order a coffee get this.
"No dogs allowed" Stopped here to do remote for a few hours. Friendly staff and service. Nice venue, however despite the sign reading no pets excluding service animals people parade their dogs through without a word from the staff. Other people may be comfortable with it, but I certainly do not enjoy dogs shaking out their fur in places with food and drink. Also, I'm certain that customers who pick up after their pets do not wash hands before touching lids, sugar packets and creamer. I will not return with these conditions even though I enjoyed my coffee.
Iced Matcha Latte + Chocolate croissant on a Monday morning, seating full inside but a few empty seats outside (which was fine in the shade, the residential neighborhood probably usually pretty quiet but today there was loud construction/drilling sounds on the street). The latte tasted a little watery but I’d be happy to come again to try their house baked bread or maybe peanut butter toast.
