Horrible service.
Rubi and Latasia were so very warm and kind when I popped into Peet’s Coffee at 17th & Chestnut on today’s cold morning. Their kindness in service to their customers should be rewarded. The hot chocolate was perfect. Thank you!
Great place for a cup of coffee. Its part of a capital one cafe so if you pay with your capital one card coffee drinks are 50% off which is great! Nice places inside to enjoy your coffee or get work done. Lots of windows and natural light throughout. Also close to Rittenhouse Park if you'd like to enjoy your beverage outside.
Pretty cool environment, like the bank/coffee shop concept. The coffee, however, was disgusting. It was a mocha. Well, it wasn't really. If Peet's are going to put their name to this, they really need to train their Batistas.
Maybe they can't attract staff, maybe it's supply chain issues, but they seem to be slipping lately. Some days they don't open.
Like the coffee but not the way you decreased package from 12oz to 10.5 oz but kept the same price. Lost my business forever.
Super friendly staff. Made mocha just right and was concerned they could get it right but it was perfect.

The only reason I go to this place is for the spacious sitting area on the second floor. Coffee ALWAYS tastes so bad. Baristas make coffee so bad - like forgetting to put espresso shots in a latte - it was just steamed milk!! and forgetting to put white mocha syrup in white mocha latte. Might as well better off brewing my own coffee at home and bringing it here.
Good coffee, great space to enjoy it.
First and last time there. The cashier girl Kayla (I think her name was) had a bad attitude towards me after I asked for some cream for my coffee. Such low to no customer service experience. Never would I step into that door again. I didn't want to fuss back and make a scene about a cup of coffee. I'll stick to Starbucks from now on.

Such a great location. This Peet's is located in a Capital One bank, and it's always so quiet inside. If you use your Capital One card to pay, you'll get a discount (50%!?)...pretty awesome if you ask me! The staff is always attentive and the drinks are awesome. I always recommend the iced vanilla latte. We will return, and next time we'll pay with our Capital One card!
I’m actually still here but felt compelled to write a review. VERY clean, extremely nice staff, and I love the idea of a bank and cafe lol will absolutely come back. I usually come here for the bank and this was my first time getting a drink. Love it here

Peet's Major Dickason's Blend is in my opinion the best coffee blend you can buy on a regular basis anywhere. And if you are going to get robbed by a coffee shop, why not already be in a bank so you can reload right away!!

Love their datk roast, best anywhere! The stores location in a Capital One Bank is unique! Lots of seating, pleasant, though the staff seems a bit confused at times, I enjoy stopping in on a regular basis.
