If I'm not drinking coffee at home. This is the ONLY place I'll go! Jackie is always so pleasant. If I could give it a seven star review I would. Buy local support local!!

If you want authentic coffee that doesn't taste like a cup of sugar this is your spot. Forget starbucks, dunkin, wawa. None compare, such a great look a feel to the coffee house and the staff was so nice to talk with and interact with. Must go coffeejoint!!

It's amazing what you can find in a small town like Northampton. I've been going here for years and never had a bad batch of coffee. I think the biggest compliment I can give to Taylor Roasted is that nothing is required to make their coffee delicious, it's amazingly smooth and flavorful without adding a bunch of sugar to your drink. That's the difference between artisan coffee, roasted in small batches in house, and the big chains. The price is basically the same as other places as well. I'm more than willing to pay an extra quarter for something that's made with care and expertise rather than coffee that's been sitting in a pot for hours. Oh yeah, try their fresh baked pastries while you're at it too. Last but not least, the owners are always up for a chat too when they don't have a line to the door (which isn't often). Support a local business and check them out!!
My husband and I are coffee snobs, and this place hits all the marks! Amazing on site roasted coffee, freshly made baked goods, phenomenal customer service!! The owner and his girlfriend who run the place are two of the kindest people we've met. 100/10 would recommend !!!

Easily one of the best coffee shops I have visited—Taylor Roasted is the standard by which all others are judged. The atmosphere is unbeatable, service is always friendly, the prices are quite reasonable, and most importantly, the coffee is incredible. Even though we only visit every few weeks when we are in town, Jackie always remembers our orders and is happy to see us.
My husband and I moved to Coplay almost a year and a half ago and I’m SO mad we didn’t know about this place sooner. The coffee is absolutely delicious flavorful and fresh roasted in house. Can’t get much better! Great local spot with a great vibe! Definitely recommend
Great place to get your day started. The atmosphere is top notch and I love the bookshelves filled with books and board games. I find the prices to be fairly reasonable. Personally, I love the coffee cake, chai tea and the mango smoothie is better than anywhere else I've been to. Also, the espresso balls in front of the register helped me get through most days of high school. The owner is very friendly with all customers and is easy to carry a light conversation with. ***One thing I would like to note is that people should take into consideration that it's one person running the shop most of the time. The hours became inconsistent after COVID started, so I feel that it's safe to speculate that covid has had an impact on this business. To complain about the hours and not being waited on like a diner setting is ridiculous. If you don't have that kind of service in Starbucks then why would you expect that in a local cafe ran by one person? To nitpick on silly things like that is highly upsetting when this business is fantastic for so many reasons.

Taylor Roasted CoffeeHouse is a phenomenal local shop. They can make you any coffee drink the big coffee shop chains can make, and they have non-dairy options for those lactose sensitive/intolerant. You can also buy their roasted coffee beans which they will grind for you! Personally, I love watching and hearing the espresso being brewed. It's a great sensory experience first thing in the morning while everything feels a little foggy. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this coffee shop. While you are there, don't forget to get a bagel or muffin! The garlic and herb bagel is absolutely... *chef's kiss*
No better way to spend a lazy morning off than walking to Taylor House for a hot coffee. Conversation and service are wonderful, and the drinks can't be beat. Enjoy going every time!
