I visited with my mom a few weeks ago. The customer service was fantastic. The barista explained all their coffee options. The shop was quaint and quiet. I'd definitely visit again to enjoy a cold brew and work on my laptop.
Holy cannoli. I stopped by on a whim. When I walked in, the man behind the counter gave me the quick rundown of their coffee and the different brew options. After spotting the classic Breville espresso maker, I ordered a latte. During our friendly conversation I joked about how I was going to get the best cup of coffee in town. Once I took the first sip, I realized that I was wrong. Not only did I have the best cup of coffee in town, but the best cup of coffee in PA. Between the fresh roasts, wonderful brew and friendly service, I cannot recommend Hill Road Coffee Roasters enough.

Delicious, lovingly made coffee by very nice couple Shane and Jane. We went in for the pour over coffee, and liked the Brazil roast so much we took a pound home with us.
Shane and Jane are very knowledgeable and friendly! I've tried a variety of beans, and no other bean compares to Hill Road! I really like the Brazil and Espresso blend! I'm always looking forward to my next coffee when using these beans!

Welcoming and friendly, the coffee aficiando immediately feels welcome in this small but charming establishment. The owners are knowledgeable, and ready to assist you in any way you need. Top it off with fantastic coffee and you WILL be hooked!

This is the only coffee I would recommend in the area. Reasonably priced, high quality and very friendly owners who are knowledgeable on all things coffee!
Coffee options range from light to medium roasts, with some medium a bit toward the "dark" end. Very tasty cups of the 4 varieties I've tried. The "Brazil" is my personal favorite of the beans I've tried. One of the few local roasters near Reading. Very friendly owners, happy to share their insights to roasting and brewing.
This place is so cute and the owners are extremely welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. This is definitely my new go to coffee shop!

Superb coffee from the nicest people. Truly high-end roasting and service. Will definitely stop by every time we're in town.
Try the pour overs. Had the Brazilian dark roast and it was amazing. Just be patient; good cups of coffee take time. Owners were pleasant. Looking forward to cold brew next time (it's popular because it was already gone for the day when I got there.) Happy to have a coffee shop in Monton. Oh; theh also have decaffeinated pour overs for those of you who can't handle caffeine but still like coffee!
