I love this place! Their food can take a little long but is always super tasty. I really like the spring roll bowl and savory oatmeal. Their rotating seasonal options are always very inventive, and their lattes are favorites of mine. There is outdoor seating and a local park nearby, so plenty of options to hang out with your coffee. Waiting is pleasant because they have a variety of local goods to look at and a bright, open sunny space.
I love the lattes here and am happy that I can add an extra shot of espresso for less than a buck. The different flavored homemade syrups are novel, delicious, and not too sweet (cardamom pepper anyone)? The overall price is less than the other coffee shops in town. The workers are friendly and accommodating. My issues are as follows: there are always a lot of people behind the counter (today I counted 6) and yet the wait time for a drink is super long (today it was 20 minutes for my latte). It was not a busy time. They seem to have only one person making drinks. Why? The long wait time limits the amount of times I come here because I'm usually running out from work. Also, the pretending that there is still a pandemic going on and the no inside seating feels unfriendly and not neighborly.
I LOVE this cafe!! They have some of the best coffee I've ever had, and their espresso drinks are incredible! The shop has expanded and added more to their menu in the last few years, and I am thrilled with everything they added. Their food and drinks are high quality! Service is always incredible!!! There are about 6 outdoor tables for patron use that are well-maintained!
So yum, and friendly helpful staff. Lavendar matte latte with oat milk — wow!
My husband and I have made Burlap and Bean our Saturday morning date spot. The coffee is great. The food is consistent, fresh, and well portioned, and the combinations are on point.
We enjoyed our drinks, toast and pastry but it was a bummer there was no seating. We really would have liked to sit down and relax in the beautiful space but instead had to schlep everything home before we could enjoy.
Coffee is so good here! My cousin who lives in Media buys coffee beans from here so got to enjoy it at home too
I wish you were closer to my job, I would go a few times a day! Now, I’m only able to visit and get their delicious coffee once/day
A wonderful place to get a top quality cup of coffee. The Honduras is top notch. Very fun place to peruse the plants and other offerings. You’ll always find a present for someone here.
The Excalibur roast was excellent, and the atmosphere in the shop is so cute. I loved the book exchange setup, and I’ll definitely bring some books with me next time!
My sister loves the the pastries and coffee from here. She bragged so much that I had to try for myself. The beignets and croissants are delicious! Everyone was friendly and it seem like a great place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee.
I didn’t have any food or drink because we were disappointed that there was NO SEATING even though Google says “Dine In”. We went with our children so we had to find a new place when we realized there was no where to sit. Maybe we’ll try again if they bring back indoor seating.
This place is consistently amazing. My wife and I moved to the area three years ago and have been looking for "our" coffee shop which we have finally found. The food, drinks, service, and cleanliness are all top tier, and the environment with all the found objects and plants is wonderful to be in. The baristas are knowledgeable and helpful and happy to accommodate, can't wait to return!
Best Coffee in Delaware County! Great Service!
Such a cute well curated little coffee shop! They have so much to look at and enjoy while you wait for your order. They have a great selection of plants and accessories, and even a mini “take a book, leave a book library”! So precious. My cappuccino was delicious!
No indoor dining currently, they should update that on their profile. Good latte! Good cranberry ricotta toast.
The best local cafe with awesome almond milk and oatmilk options. I'm only sad it closes Sundays if I'm looking for caffeine.
Great coffee and they had some nice plants too!
5 stars because of the quality of ingredients and the variety to suit different dietary preferences they have is really good. Checked all my boxes and I eat mostly organic. There were also gluten free and vegan options for food. I love that they support local and do fair trade. A big one for me is that they have Swiss water decaf! It’s really cool that they do kombucha too! However, its a huge bummer they still don’t allow seating indoors. Hoping they feel more comfortable to do that soon. You may need to be patient to receive your drink order when it’s busy, but it’s worth the wait. For the best experience, I suggest you go there with a friend and sit outside on a nice day.
Very friendly staff (and customers). I enjoyed the open air space. Simplistic and relaxing atmosphere. The miel latte (honey and cinnamon) was smooth and thoughtfully prepared. I look forward to trying other menu items in the future.
