Love your bagels. Best bagels in town. Go out of our way to buy them by the dozen. (Exception: the bagels in 3/2023 were bad. I hope you haven’t changed your recipe).
The food is always freshly made and delicious! We love the staff! Always friendly, even when they are shortstaffed. My son absolutely loves the breath. Breakfast brisket! Convenient location to everything in our community.
I always love to get Bagels here. I also love their sandwich the Farmhouse cheddar. It seems not as good as it was a few years ago but it seems it's just the eggs needing a touch more salt and pepper. I recommend them for all your bagel needs and great when you have errands in the area.
Stopped here today after every other breakfast restaurant in the area had a 45min wait. Very good breakfast had the egg, cheese & bacon on a everything bagel and a med coffee. Very friendly staff, modern looking interior. Update: here again almost a year later, they don't disappoint. Had the Texas Brisket on an Everything bagel, YUMM.
Don't leave reviews often, but this experience should be shared. Haven't been to an Einstein location in several years until today, and never again. Bagels are listed on the menu above the counter, and cream cheese is listed separately in the next column on that menu. So it's not obvious that you're about to be charged an extra $1.89 (!!!) for cream cheese on a bagel until it shows up on the POS terminal. And when it does, it's all in one price, not broken down. Clearly Einstein management wants to be vague about this ridiculous upcharge. So I switched to avocado toast, which I recall Dunkin does really well. Got that order home and opened to a burned (wayyy past toasted) bagel. Bye-bye Einstein.

Imagine placing an order for your Christmas breakfast, driving 30 miles round trip only to find out they closed “due to weather” and didn’t bother to call their catering orders so they don’t drive all the way out there for nothing and it’s too late to make other arrangements. How hard is it to pick up the phone? Is the manager a child? Yet three days later they charged my credit card. I have been calling for days and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone for my refund. The phone just rings and rings and rings. Nobody has responded to my email contact since there’s no corporate communication either. *In response to owner: I’ve sent two communications to that website and nobody has responded… I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company since nobody answers the phone there.
Einstein bagels aren't boiled during any part of the cooking process therefore Einstein bagels are nothing more than a baked roll.

Great place for bagels & sandwiches. My only complaint, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because they don't always listen to me when I ask for customizations. For example, in the two times I've been here, I asked for only 1 pump/a little bit of syrup, but both times they've given me my coffee with the regular 4-5 pumps and I've had to ask them to remake it. I would highly suggest employees to listen carefully when it comes to coffee. I don't like wasting the coffee, and I don't want to trouble employees by asking them to remake something. I don't think I'm being too high maintenance by asking for only 1 pump of a syrup.
They do a really good job here. Most (almost all) of their employees are excellent and really know about customer service.
This may be the slowest Einstein's on earth. 3 cars in the drive thru and it takes 15 minutes to be served. Needs to improve a lot

Amazing place to come eat. I come here for breakfast a lot. The managers are super friendly. I usually order a Jalapeño cheddar bagel with Jalapeño cream cheese because I love spice. It tastes AMAZING. I also order the Caramel cold brew shake which is really good. I love eating inside because of how nice and clean it is. They never fail and they always make sure that you are satisfied with what you get. JUST AMAZING.
