The place is beautiful. Customer service is excellent. The coffee and bakery items are delicious. Thank you for your bussiness. I'm coming back. This place deserves 5 star overall.
Awful, awful customer service and painfully slow. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee with three people in line.
Rude staff! Extremely long wait time. I ordered the Salted Caramel Mocha but got a cup of unmixed coffee powder with whip. I took it back for a redo or refund but I was rudely told by 2 members of the staff, I needed to get in line again. (Long line) . Nope I did my time. The male staff member then said , “You see all these people? We are not going to let you skip to the front of the line.” I then asked for a manager. I showed her the cup of powder mix with whip. She apologized and made a fresh cup for me. 30 minute ordeal !!
Coffee is little pricey. I have tried Italian mocha which is no so great but Mexican Mocha is good to try as it tasted good.

Best coffee ever! They have exotic, specialty coffees which is what I look for! Italian latte, Mexican latte, eggnog latte ( seasonal), etc. Quality coffees and quality options :)
I wish they had a darker roast.

The featured Italian Mocha is fantastic! Nice place to sit and have a good coffee here at the KoP mall. The PB smoothie is also very good. Skip the line at 'bucks

Great, fast, and friendly service! Mocha bianca was pretty good. Rest of the menu is a little limited though (hence 4 stars). I'd probably go to the Starbucks next time.
Fourth visit this month. Customer service terrific. Found Wayne Schmidbauer (yes,I took the time to find out his full name) very engaging, informative and fun to deal with--Getting a cup of coffee should be fun and Wayne makes you relax and actually enjoy the process. In my opinion he should be doing motivational training for the e-bar group.
Nordstrom’s Ebar Coffee is ok. No different than stopping at wawa or starbucks. I love Nordstrom’s but this is just another way to spend money and one stop shopping.
Man, I love this place. I stayed here last night with my dogs until they shut it down. I woke up today at 6 am, hungover like craaaazy, in the chimney. Not fireplace, in the damn chimney!
Great coffee spot. I like the sitting area where you can meet friends and then shop at the mall.
Staff was slow. I don not like to wait for a long time for just a cup of coffee.
Let me just say that this place is a prime example of perfect customer service. The young man that was running the register was extremely polite and although I personally didn’t get anything he offered me a cup ofwater. You could tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. This shop is by far the best customer service I have ever seen. Period.
Great substitute tons Starbucks.
