Love this place. The cinnamon roll pancakes are my favorite! Just wish they had decaf latte options.

Update reduced rating from 5 to 3 the portions have shrunk dramatically and the price is on the expensive side now and the overall quality has gone down hill go to the shelocta Crouse's if you want to experience the real deal

I love the atmosphere of this place. It's such a nice mom and pop shop that you don't just get everywhere else. I could get a Grand Slam at ANY Denny's. But a ROYAL BREAKFAST? ONLY at Crouse's! I visit this location about twice a week at least. Edit: I HIGHLY recommend the Chipotle Chicken Panini and the Canella Club and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich!

Kilynn was the rudest waitress we’ve ever had while dining here. She spoke down to us with an attitude the whole time. I’ve never felt like such a bother to be somewhere. This place definitely lost its family atmosphere.

I’ve been coming to Crouse’s for years- I always have a good breakfast/bunch here. I had server Becca last week- she was amazing & kind. I went in with my husband today, and had server Kilynn. She was very rude, walking away when I was talking to her, and only came to our table to take our order, bring the food, then the check. I am also a server- and can tell you my boss would be VERY upset if I treated guests the way Kilynn treated us. She ripped plates out from in front of my husband, literally could have aggressively hit him with it. I won’t let someone so miserable ruin one of my favorite places in town- but I can tell you I will always be requesting that she does not wait on me and my family again. It’s terrible how much one bad employee can affect a business- I hope better for Crouse’s.

Wonderful and tasty breakfast. If you are gluten free you will have plenty of choices. The staff that takes care of you are kind and courteous and we are over 70 so they are elderly friendly. We are from southern Florida and when we visit area relatives we will go again. If I was a parent of college students and wanted breakfast I would go here.

Nicely decorated diner, friendly and courteous staff, nice specially coffee menu and holiday themed drinks and entrees. The home fries were delicious with the grilled peppers and onions. The sausage gravy was tasty.

It's a dinner, with very fast service and a wide selection of lunch and breakfast options. It has free parking too. Staff are knowledgeable and nice and the food is always good. Great value.

Place was busy when we came in. We were seated within good amount of time. Service was great, and pancakes and drinks were excellent.

It was good. Service was attentive and prompt. Food was just okay. I had the ham eggs and cheesy potatoes. I ordered the eggs over easy and received fried hard. The potatoes were overcooked mush. I'm not sure what the cheese was, but it was not good.

Fast courteous service. Food arrived quickly and was as described. Next time we go back will get pictures. Grilled chicken salad was moist and poppyseed dressing was good!

Food was good enough, stuffed strawbery cakes were really good, they had lots of options. Waitress Emma was very nice, attentive, and prompt. A lot of the tables are two tops and the area is small so if you have a large group leave yourself time to get a table, otherwise it was good enough for just me 🙂

Menu was diverse and hard to choose from! I ended up getting the flight of holiday lattes and the stuffed French toast. All equally delicious! Prices are fair for the portions. Our server was a sweet girl who I can't recall her name but she kept saying "excuse my reach" as she was setting things down and I thought it was so polite and considerate that I thought I'd note it. I was in town visiting a family member and they suggested this diner for breakfast. I can 10/10 recommend this place to others visiting/living in the area and looking for some good food. I can't wait to return this Spring for another visit.

This was a great find! It is busy on Sunday morning but they do their best to get you seated and served quickly. More choices than I realized. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.
