The staff was wonderful! Layout is beautiful, coffee was great and the snack selection made me feel like I was already at HersheyPark!

I got a bacon/egg/cheese from here and an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. The breakfast sandwich wasn’t anything to write home about. While it had a good amount of bacon on it, it was soft and didn’t seem like it was great quality. The iced vanilla latte on the other hand wa a great. Perfect espresso taste mixed with the oat milk. I would get this again. The sandwich and coffee cost me $11 which isn’t terrible. This place is probably pretty standard in the world of breakfast when you’re getting it to go at a resort.

We LOVED OUR visit to the CB! We met the lovely staff which included Kerry, Aryanna, Avery and Hannah. All such lovely people. They served the best salted caramel I have ever had in my life. I consider myself a connoisseur. We look forward to our next visit!! Keep hiring good, kind people like these girls.

The service was pleasant enough, but the quality of the foods and beverages were terrible. In fact, inedible. We tossed 2 of the items in the trash because the taste was so bad. Unfortunately, from what I have noticed, anything 'Hershey Entertainment' related foods and beverages shops are far too mass produced to offer authenticity to the foods, leaving them tasting fake and plastic-like. I will not return. Sorry Cocoa Beanery. I wanted to like you, being so close to home.

We were looking for hot chocolate after all we are in chocolate town, I was expecting a nice cup of chocolate prepared with Hersheys products. We got a very very sweet cup of hot chocolate. We could not even drink it. They used powdered chocolate and dehydrated marshmallows. The banana muffin was very dry.

My family and I went to the Cocoa Beanery every day during our 7 day stay at the Hershey Lodge. The staff was always friendly and inviting whether it was 9am or 9pm. The restaurant was always clean and had a bright welcoming feeling. We got ice cream and snacks. It was great.

We stayed at Hershey Lodge, arrived a day before Hershey Park opened for the season on April 2nd, not sure if i would do this again. Too crowded in my opinion. About 11pm the hallways quiet down, grateful to catch some rest after a long day at the park.
