I recently visited ThreeBirds Coffee House in Easton, PA and I must say it was an amazing experience! The coffee here is good. The staff is great and really friendly, they told us to checkout the 2 birds in the house. The atmosphere is also amazing - I love that the coffee house is located in a house and has different rooms to hang out in. It's also cool to see antique stuff like an old print machine around. What I appreciate most about ThreeBirds is that it's not just a coffee shop - it's a coffee house. I've never seen anything like it before. It feels like a cozy home away from home, and the fact that it's located in Easton, PA makes it even more special. As someone who comes from NJ, it's great to have a place like this to visit. I highly recommend ThreeBirds Coffee House to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable coffee experience. I will definitely visit again to see the birds 😊

Simple but perfectly made black coffee...I was in heaven for the 16oz of this brain igniting potion. Honestly, I thought starbucks was good and still a favorite.

Incredible coffee spot in a historic home with ample space for working/reading. Beautiful fixtures everywhere. Plus the coffee was really good!

This is one of my absolute favorite coffee spots in Easton. The coffee quality is amazing. The staff is super friendly and awesome at what they do. And the building itself is so pretty and I love staying in for a nice latte.

Great vibe, great coffee (had a matcha and a decaf mocha), great eats (amazing blondie, amazing savory scone, amazing oatmeal chocolate chip cookie). What a gem!

This place is great. I had a brewed tea and a savory scone. Both were really tasty. They take the time to steep the tea at the right temperature and for the right amount of time. I really enjoy the unique and eclectic way they decorate. It feels cozy and chill but energizing and fun at the same time. I will definitely come back.

Truly AMAZING staff, Baristas, and work environment. Brings you back to another time - cafe salon style work environment. Connect with other thinkers in conversation or in rhythmic study vibes. Patio outside LOVELY for outdoor work, enjoy the fresh air, is okay to bring your dog along. The Baristas I met today WERE SO LOVELY. I SUPER appreciated them helping me get the dogs I was dog sitting, some snacks and water. EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Went as a pre-wedding dress final fitting brunch with my daughters. Loved the atmosphere of the building. Enjoyed a coffee and a chocolate croissant, both delicious.

Amazing space. Such a cool building. Super friendly staff. But the coffee was eh and expensive. It had an odd aftertaste like vegetables or something and 7$ for a regular vanilla latte. Yikes.

Finally a place for Kiwis and Aussies to get a proper flat white, and without someone looking at you like you have two heads. Phenomenal coffee, not a hint of bitterness, alternative milks offered and done well, too. The matcha latte was also beautiful, and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The building is beautiful and has lots of neat rooms / nooks and crannies to sit. I cannot recommend Three Birds enough! NB This is not the place for disgusting syrups to disguise a gallon of burnt, bitter coffee. Go to a chain if that’s what you’re looking for, instead of giving this incredible place fewer stars.

ThreeBirds hands down wins best coffee in the area. Spacious and cozy, with a solid selection of baked goods to go with your caffeine. To think I must have passed it a dozen times before I figured out what was going on in there... I almost went to Dunkin. DUNKIN.
