I passed this place many times when it was closed but a very nice smaller sized ice cream and coffee shop that is close to the river. Nice staff, decent selection and just a nice environment to talk and hang out with friends of you want to get out for a cup of coffee or ice cream.

Coffee was pretty good, as were the Long John Donuts. Both times that I went, the House blend of coffee had run out, but there was still plenty of dark roast both times.

Nice place in an old building that I used to pass by as a child in the early 90s when it was basically nothing in the building. They fixed it up really nice and it has a great and cozy atmosphere. The food is good and I always love my coffee which was also good. I was there at breakfast time, so I didn't get ice cream, but the selection of treats (ice cream, smoothies, etc) looked good. Glad to see some nice places in Columbia.

This place is an absolute gem! The location is prime, located at the beginning of a 20ish mile bike trail. It is very clean and the service is outstanding. One of the few places that will walk around the counter and hand you your order with a smile. They serve coffee for the bigger humans and ice cream for the littler humans and there's food for everyone. The food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. I will be stopping by here every chance I get. 11/10 would recommend.

Today, March 15, 2023 I ordered a caprese sandwich to go and I was looking forward to eating. The menu description said: fresh mozzarella cheese with spinach and tomatoes on ciabatta bread. I received a sandwich with some shredded cheese - definitely it was not fresh mozzarella- and lettuce instead of spinach. To say the least I was extremely disappointed and I will never return.

I really want this place to be great, for Columbia’s sake, but sadly, it’s disappointing. Arrived at opening and the doors were locked and the tables were not ready for customers. The cashier looked so unwelcoming and the food was sub par. I hope it can improve!

Really good coffee! I got the pink lady drink and it was awesome. The employees were nice. My only complaint is that it was really cold inside of the shop. The outside seating was great with a cool view of the river!

This is a really cute place to visit in town and grab something to eat with a friend. I do think the prices are a bit insane ,($8.25 for spinach, 2 slices of tomato, and bread + $6 for chicken on it??), but overall the employees are nice, atmosphere is great, and overall the food is good.

Got an egg platter with 3 eggs, 1 round sausage patty, hasbrowns and toast. The entire platter was cold, there was only one piece of toast which had no butter on it. The sausage was like a hockey puck. When we asked for butter we got a hard brick which couldn’t be spread. Think they should stick to coffee and danish. Certainly not worth $25!

I love that it's kid friendly, they have a playroom in the back with tables in! The food isn't what I expected, I have gone for lunch and breakfast (the portions seem small). But for a quick bite to eat and a drink, it's good!

Zac is his name and coffee is his game. This place ourselves any of the basic chain coffee shops in lancaster. The barista Zac was so helpful and kind to me AND made the BEST coffee I have ever had in my life. After having a nice conversation with him, I learned he was responsible for creating the seasonal iced coffees for Valentine’s day. What amazing creativity from such a young man. Way to go Coffee & Cream.

I have never been so impressed by the costumer service at a coffee shop than I have with this here young man. Mason (duct tape) Misel served me with a smile from start to finish. He is the kindest man I have ever met, you don’t get this kind of service at a chain like Starbucks or Dunkin’ donuts. I tipped him 500% because he deserved it that much. This young man needs to be recognized. If you have the chance to come visit him at Coffee&Cream, PLEASE take the opportunity to. I hope Mason gets promoted to manager or even owner.

We stopped in for sandwiches and ice cream after hiking the Turkey Hill Overlook Trail. Paninis were fresh and delicious, ice cream was creamy and rich, and my vanilla iced coffee with almond milk was perfect. Friendly people, welcoming atmosphere. We'll be back! Thank you!

Breakfast sandwich is giant and oozing with cheese. Killer quiche. Danish was the stuff of blueberry dreams and enough for 2. Great coffee and espresso served by just the friendliest staff. Looks simple but it's simply excellent.

I asked for an èclair but was served a stick donut. Service was less than welcoming... actually surly. Staff needs to remember that service is a profession, and hospitality is an art.

Just picked up a Trailblazer breakfast sandwich and a Cortado. My man made them both awesome!
