Underwhelmed. Pros: the decor was nice. The food overall was good. Cons: the eggs did not seem freshly cooked. More like microwaved? I had also bought a muffin. The plate it was on was labeled as "apple cinnamon" but when I ate the muffin it turned out to be blueberry. I brought it to the girl at the counters attention. She mentioned there are different muffins on the plate and made it seem like I was foolish for not realizing that. It was my first time in so I wasn't sure how I was supposed to be aware of that, nor did she mention anything when I ordered an apple muffin. She didn't try to do anything to right the mistake. I'm lucky I don't have an allergy or it could've been worse. The food was fine overall though. Flavors were nice, aside from the eggs. I spent $20 for a sandwich, muffin, and bottled water.

Very cute little spot! The coffee is great but every time I have been here, it’s always a massive wait time, even when there is no one else around. I have only gotten the avocado toast here food wise, but it wasn’t anything impressive especially for the high prices! Good spot for coffee and if you have lots of time to wait.

Super nice people and the Belt Buster BLT is my favorite sandwich and great coffee to match. Groovy atmosphere invites you to stay to chat with your best friends. Nice job!

Did not enjoy our experience here. Waited 30 minutes for an acai bowl and a smoothie. Ordered both to go and the acai bowl sat on the counter as an in house order, was not told who it was for and sat there melting on the counter for 15 minutes while we waited for our smoothie. I asked if the acai bowl could be remade but they clearly dumped it in a to go bowl and it was soup by the time I got home 5 minutes down the road. The smoothie was mostly ice and was not great either. Won’t be back.

It cost me $18 for a breakfast bagel,($13.95) a rice crispy treat for my son, and a bottle of water. I could've gotten a hoagie at Ludwig corner for $10 + tax

Juniper Tree is such a hidden gem in Eagle View. Their PB and Avocado toast are great. Additionally, their craft coffee beverages and smoothies are amazing.

Park Road Cafe is not only overpriced, but the coffee is weak—I wasted $10.50 for two cups of weak Americanos that tasted like a cup of day-old Folger’s coffee. The previous cafe—Juniper Tree—was much better in comparison to the food options, prices, and decor.

Cute place for grabbing coffee. Had the American breakfast and it was delicious. They even gave us a free blueberry muffin! We will be back!

edit: updating my review to reflect the change of ownership at this location. I met Melynda and Brenda today at Park Road Cafe and we ordered a few beverages and a sandwich - everything was excellent! Great smoothies and protein shakes. Friendly staff and relaxing ambiance.

The decor of the shop was very warm and cozy. The employees were very nice and friendly. They greeted us as soon as we came in and waited for us to look at the menu before ordering. The food and drinks were just okay. I got avacado toast which were just three little pieces of toast with a bit of mashed avacado and a bit of seasoning. The pumpkin bread was good but it would be better if they warmed it for you. The macarons and chocolate donuts were good but not stored at the proper temperature so I'd recommend letting them sit to come to room temperature for best enjoyment. The energy balls were good but the flavor was a little off. I think it just might be I prefer mine made with a different type of peanut butter. My chai tea was bland in flavor but my spouse said his coffee was very good. I will probably come back when it's warmer out to try their smoothies and other food items to get a better idea of what good to get here.

This has become one of our go-to breakfast and coffee spots. The Americanos are delicious, the toasts and paninis are excellent, and the creamsicle protein smoothie is awesome. They’re also great about working with gluten and dairy allergies. Everyone here is really nice and the interior is adorable.

I was very impressed with the quality of my breakfast from Juniper today. I had the energy smoothie with protein powder, and the tomato mozzarella panini. The smoothie was fruity, light, and tasty! The panini was perfectly toasted, the tomatoes were fresh and the cheese melted to perfection. Juniper is my new favorite cafe in the area.

Great custom made offerings such as coffee and açai bowls. Always excellent customer service, and nice place to hangout before work.
